What does bravery mean to you right now? 🧐

Yesterday, together with @oddfest.co and @teamcreativity.fi , we hosted a creative workshop at Epicenter that invited people to slow down, reflect, and explore one simple but surprisingly powerful theme: bravery.

Not the kind of bravery we often associate with big decisions or bold moves, but the quieter kind. The courage to share an idea. The courage to challenge assumptions. The courage to see things differently.

Through painting, conversation, and reflection, the room quickly proved that creativity isn’t about artistic talent. It’s about creating space for new perspectives and meaningful connections. 🫶

One of the most beautiful things about the session was seeing complete strangers open up, exchange thoughts, and discover that courage means something different to each of us.

A big thank you to the teams at ODDfest and Team Creativity Finland for bringing this experience to Epicenter and reminding us that sometimes the most valuable conversations happen when we step away from our screens and allow ourselves to create. 📈❤️

I’ve been inspired by Katja and Isabella Presnal and their work with Crush since the very first event in 2023, and have had the opportunity to collaborate with them since 2024.

Next week at #CRUSH2026, we’re very excited to bring founders and business leaders an Art Experience by @teamcreativity.fi that shows how creativity can be used as a practical thinking tool to improve how teams align, communicate and make decisions.

This is creative intelligence as a competitive edge.

If you’re curious what happens when thinking becomes visible, challenged and turned into action that drives real business results, join us.

Many people join my workshops thinking it’s just going to be an art session.

Every single time, they leave surprised by how deeply it connects the team.

In the rush of their workdays, this team rarely had the space to see each other beyond job titles and to-do lists. But here they were, brushes in hand, swapping stories, opening up, and seeing each other as people, not just colleagues.

💛 These are the moments I love.
Because creativity doesn’t just make art- it slows us down, opens us up, and brings us closer.

It’s never just about the painting.
It’s about creating space for people to rediscover each other and themselves.

📍 I can bring the workshop to your office, or host it in inspiring spaces like @puotilankartano or @epicenterhelsinki

📩 DM me to book your team’s moment of connection.

Driving home from Nuuksio National Park last night, I couldn’t help but smile. I had just facilitated a creative workshop for the amazing New Business Innovation team at KONE — and I was caught between two powerful feelings: I absolutely love my job… and I wanted to join their team!

This diverse, inspiring, and forward-thinking group painted with open hearts – turning their thoughts and feelings into colour, transforming deep conversations, bold ideas, and shared laughter into beautiful works of art.

Hotelli Nuuksio offered the ideal setting – peaceful nature all around us, spring sunshine over the lake, and just the right atmosphere for the team to slow down and reconnect through colours and creativity.

Moments like these are a wonderful counterbalance to the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. They remind me why I do this: to create space for teams to connect, express, and grow together.

To Fabien Fédy and the entire team – thank you for trusting me with this moment and for showing up with open minds. It was pure magic. 💛

With love and colour, Peppi

A big thank you @joeybayer11 for the kind invitation to share my thoughts on the importance of creativity in the business world and introduce my new company @teamcreativity.fi to the wonderful @epicenterhelsinki i community.

Painting is a powerful tool for exploring important topics, helping business teams, uncover fresh perspectives, and quickly generate innovative solutions to tackle challenges.

My website is still only available in Finnish and English for the time being, but my workshops are also available in Swedish and Spanish!

Thanks to everyone for the great conversations – it was lovely to connect with old friends and meet many new ones. Can’t wait to get painting with you all! 🎨

Thank you Cindy for the photo! 🙏❤️
