My fitness journey started at 198lbs and now I’m down to 151lbs 🙏🏾

What I can say is when you first start working out, you feel like training all the time because motivation is high.

But after time you start losing that motivation because of how hard the journey gets and how long it’s taking to see progress.

This is why you can’t rely on motivation long term. This is where commitment, discipline and consistency steps into play and become everything.

It doesn’t matter if you feel like it or not, you just need to remember your goal and keep showing up !

There’s no secret formula
Train hard, Be patient! The results would come !

Thank you @teamdynafit 🦍💪🏾

Sometimes it can be difficult for a client to train alone, especially those tougher sessions.. worse yet at a home gym where the only noise in there is from their cries 😭 Join in! Give them a boost. Make it more enjoyable! 😎🤝🏾
