Formcheck 2 weeks post my last figure competition
3 weeks for ⭕️ur debut , I STRONGLY BELIEVE I CAN DO VERY WELL FOR MY DEBUT, than we will work very hard for a great off season to be more competitive for next year 2027

EVLS Prag 10.10.2026
In einer sehr stark besetzten Kategorie von 12 Ladys habe ich mir den 🥈Platz erkämpfen können und ich war soooo knapp dran den ersten zu erreichen 😌🤭 first call out - direkt in die Mitte gestellt worden - am Ende leider rausgedreht worden 🤧 bin ich enttäuscht? Noooo absolut not! Ich bin Mega stolz auf unsere Arbeit @celinahahn.ifbbpro unglaublich was in meiner allerersten Saison bei der NPC passiert! Ich bin dankbar für all die Menschen um mich all die Unterstütz 💙 Mama & Papa 🫶🏽

Int. SouthGerman Cup 🇩🇪

Was soll ich sagen? Mein erster Wettkampf ist jetzt gerade mal ein paar Tage her und ich bin immer noch dabei, alles zu verarbeiten. Meine PeakWeek lief alles andere als stressfrei und reibungslos. Auch am Showday lief alles drunter und drüber, ein echter Fiebertraum - ich sags euch. Aber am Ende stand ich dort, dort oben on Stage mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und hatte Spaß! Alle Selbstzweifel waren in diesem Moment vergessen.

Medaillen von denen ich vorher dachte, nur träumen zu können, hielt ich plötzlich in meinen Händen fest. 🥇True Novice. 🥇Novice. 🥈Open Class.

Meine Reise geht auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir wissen, voran zu arbeiten ist.

My last competition in Figure. We already knew what the feedback would be.
But in bodybuilding, you don’t choose the division, the division chooses you, based on your genetics and body structure.

After every competition, I’m able to make the most of the post-show supercompensation. After Portugal, despite keeping my body fat low and being very active, my body was responding incredibly well and continuing to grow.

For weeks, I had been feeling restricted in this division. I felt like I couldn’t fully express myself. I could feel that something bigger was calling me.
Yesterday, we finally got the confirmation: I am a true bodybuilder, ready to grow and make the most of my strengths.

I’m so excited to embrace this new division, one that truly feels like it belongs to me.
My mind and my body are finally in sync.

@micha.ela_plj became German champion and overall winner last year, earning her Elite Pro card. We’ve used 2026 to build more muscle so we can come back stronger in spring 2027.
