Oh Gabs, what do i say to you? I love what God is writing on your ♥️ my girl! The world needs your voice and the beauty of how God made you to think far beyond your years, its simply stunning! I learn from you every time you open your mouth! But i also can imagine the weight at 19 is also a lot!! You have amazing people around you girl!! Some world changing young people that have a passion to run hard after Him! Some wise wise counsel that have gone before you, press in! It is a unique space God has you in...it’s so evident!! You are also just our girl...and that my dear is thee very best thing I have to say about you! Such a time as this...I love every second I get to spend with you...I miss you already! Come home soon baby girl!

I am in my happy place!! When I get to get in a 8 mile stunning hike, it makes my spirit soar!! Not always easy, but the view from the journey makes it all worth it! Gods ways are far from easy, the climb sometimes seems too long to endure well, i often ask, is it worth it? Oh Lord, I am weary...and then the expanse of the climb begins to unfold and you see the “worth it” moments revealed! Just because He walks with us, talks with us, and asks us to make the journey is thee only reason I need to navigate the hard at times! But you, O Lord, are a shield around me;

you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. I cried out to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy mountain.

Our annual “go to’s” cookie bake happened yesterday. Such sweetness! Catch up, reflection and the coming years plan for adventure! It’s all part of it with this crew!l. We’ve been gathering for this tradition for more than 20 years. Often times it was where we would reveal a pregnancy, (I’d always get weepy with the breath of heaven song) or be planning for the next babe to come...yesterday we were weepy at a new grand baby born to our crew this week....how can that be??? So it was...the sweet tears flowed. Love you girls, forever and always!

Words can't capture what took place last night...it was a sacred space! It was every detail of elegance and our ”kaylgirl” meticulously merged!!! There was zero stress cause somehow Kayls has ALWAYS known how to throw a party!! And her sweet man Gonzalo cares just as much about the details so we got to see it all unfold in such a sacred display of what they have forged down here in Dallas! They have thee most INCREDIBLE community...it almost takes my breath away! I know God was so delighting in what He established in these two!! The BEST IS YET TO COME....DAY ONE...started of pretty spectacular!!! “Better Together” summarizes these two!!!

Ohhhh these road trips with my girls!! ❤️ After the stunning wedding yesterday, we got in “Jiggy,” kayls orange Jeep pulling the u-haul, and set out through the night to our families best investment in our parenting, Kanakuk Kamp!!! Gabs will spend the next 2 weeks here and i couldn’t be more excited for her! Just FYI, I drove the 11-4:30am shift with great podcasts that Kayl set me up with, from her new church in Dallas!!! So, now here we go again...onto Dallas to get to Kayls to her next launching place! So sad for us, but thrilled for her!!! Here we come Dallas! I think we are sleeping on the floor tonight when we pull in since I will be all together exhausted by the time we arrive!! Love where Gabs is, and the people pouring into her!! Love where Kayls is going and the new adventures ahead for her!! Gods ways are so much better!! It’s what we raise them for...but right now I am not a fan of their taking flight!! 😢
