Just want to be built like the 80s and 90s action movie stars. Or I guess look like Goku. Either one.

Lift until you have to get all your jackets altered. Let out in the shoulders and tightened in the waist.

I guess I’ve aged like fine wine. Probably more like whiskey, because I smell like oak and definitely bite.

Probably won’t get on stage for several more years. Not because I want to grow but because I want to eat popcorn at movies with my kids and have martinis while relaxing at night. But hey, sticking on diet like 90% of the time keeps me looking like I belong next to my wife. And keeps people asking me “yo man do you compete?”

The answer is yes, I compete against my wife’s book boyfriends daily. And I always win.

What motivates you?

Have you read the descriptions of the men in those smut books girls read nowadays!?!?! I have to keep up with my wife’s expectations!!!!

We’re a team in everything. ❤️

In bodybuilding.
In raising our kids.
In building our careers.
In chasing our dreams.
In our friendships, our relationships, and the way we move through life.

We don’t have to do everything the same. We just have to keep choosing the same team.

Your always My Team Lover 💕😘 @dothedewy1

First look at the @sasquatchproam 🎯

By far the most competitive show of my season and easily one of the most competitive Men’s Physique lineups of 2026. With the athletes who showed up here, I wouldn’t be surprised if we look back at this as one of the most competitive shows of the 2027 qualification season as well. It was an honor to step on stage alongside current and past Olympians and some of the best athletes in the division.

Being able to stand up there and compare myself with this caliber of athlete was honestly one of my favorite parts of the weekend. It gave me a chance to see where I stack up, where I still need to improve, and also confirm for myself that I belong on this stage.

That was a big part of what this season was about for me. Getting more experience as a pro, continuing to improve each time out, and proving to myself, the judges, and the league that I can stand up there and be competitive with these guys.

We didn’t place as high here as we did earlier in the season, but I’m extremely proud of the package @omarv33 and I brought for the final show of the year. I walked away from this one more motivated than ever to get back to work, add what we need, and come back better. 📈

Hell of a way to close out the season. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🏆

Posing again and again and again. Just like you should if you want to get on stage. Why waist the time not showing your best.

I am so thankful and blessed to have had the opportunity to pursue such an incredible experience.

Thank you to my friends and family who have cheered me on and supported me through this journey. It was easier to believe in myself with you all in my corner❤️ Especially to my husband and daughter— thank you guys for being patient with me! And @katgeowild for always being there in my biggest moments (ily 🫶🥹)

And a very special thank you to my coaches and team for guiding me through the last 12 weeks— @fireguy253 Guy, thank you for believing in me and my potential. This experience has been so positive, because of the plan you carefully laid out for me. You have taught me so much about what I am capable of and I’m proud to have represented @teamoverby on stage yesterday.

@_karie_ryan Karie❤️ thank you for building me up and encouraging me through every high and low. I thought of you every second I stood on that stage and am still in disbelief that I made it there. And that’s all thanks to you!

@mirandavoreis I couldn’t have imagined spending this beautiful day with anyone else. Yesterday was such a challenging day, but having you there was such a comfort to me and I’ll always be so thankful to have had you with me. I am so fricken proud of you, and in awe of what you have accomplished! I can’t wait to see how you continue to grow and thrive— you inspire me so much🫶

@beauty_sass_class & @dothedewy1 Thank you two for always being there to remind me to enjoy the journey, and for being supportive in all the moments that count. 🤗 also—I am obsessed with @dough_bros_cookies so get ready for some orders hahaha!

And last but certainly not least— thank you, @britwoodman for bringing me in to this amazing new world. It is literally because of you, that I stood on stage yesterday, in your very own heels you gifted me many months ago when this was merely just a fever dream. For years I admired you and your dedication from afar. You have always inspired me, and will always inspire me. Thank you for being the first to tell me”you can do it!” ❤️ those four words have changed my life forever
