What a beautiful day! 💙🦋 Wings of Hope 2026 was more than a 5K. It was a day filled with love, hope, strength, community and most importantly… AWARENESS. We came together to honor the survivors, support the fighters, remember those we’ve lost, and bring much needed awareness to ovarian cancer. To every person who showed up, walked, ran, volunteered, sponsored, donated, shared our event or simply supported us along the way… THANK YOU. You helped make this day possible. 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Sob-fest post! 🚨🚨🚨 Absolutely no one I’d rather ride this crazy train with. Beyond blessed to coach with the best! I can’t believe I have 20 years of coaching under my belt. @teamshube I truly couldn’t ask for a better mentor. I was lucky enough at 15 years old to be coached and encouraged as a high school student by someone who cared so much about the life lessons to learn as a competitor and how to maintain a level of excellence through out all things in life. It was always more than titles, it was molding kids into great adults! I look back now and you’ve been more than a mentor in my life. You are a rock and one of the most influential people who has imprinted and helped me achieve more than you’d ever let me give you credit for. How did I ever get so lucky to have so many years, lessons, and triumphs with you right by my side? Richard, you are and will always be the one I can go to for the REAL rundown. I don’t always love hearing it and I don’t always agree but it always helps guide me to the next level. @magsreddick my steady Betty! I can’t believe the life we’ve done together! Your babies now watch my babies…it’s just wild! You bring my crazy down to earth and calm my nerves everytime. @sarahchaplee my very first freshie is now one of my closest friends, not friend-sister. I would go to end of the world and back for you! Watching you thrive since you were 14 is unreal, but seeing you and Rickey with Frankie Girl…my heart absolutely melts! You…you…. Chappy!!! It’s always you! And baby G! How lucky do I feel to watch you from your top knot pony (@7 yrs old) to your sassy curls whipping and catching the eyes of the Raiderettes as a freshie in college…now taking your place as a coach that has so much to offer anyone lucky enough to be guided by you. I couldn’t be prouder Glitterbug! You have MANY years to shine. As I said, blessed to coach with the best! It’s not an easy job, some years can pull you down, but it’s who’s around you that will help you pick up and THRIVE!!! I can’t wait to keep doing just that!!!

UNDEFEATED this season and took home the title of National Champs! So proud of Madalyn and her whole team! . Last summer she decided last minute to try out and had never done cheer before. I have had the privilege of watching her soar this season and really enjoy the challenge of cheer. . Bonus: I’ve made some great friends along the way.
