You will never, in your whole life, have a better cheesecake than they make. Just gorgeous, So creamy! Their creams/cream cheeses are magic 🪄

@teatimecollective I was so excited to try their insanely popular banana pudding, and it was SOOO worth the hype! Fresh bananas, sponge, banana and vanilla pudding, whipped cream...omg yum!! Loved it.

Cherry cheesecake - the cherry glaze was so delicious!

@jemsveganbakes I LOVE Jem's focaccia and this time she made mini ones, so more to try! 😍 Mixed grilled veggies with feta, vegan chicken Caesar, tofu scrambled 'egg' - and a lemon meringue cookie which was gorgeous!!

@relevancecatering the OG scotch egg, a jalapeno cheese scotch egg, and a garlic mushroom sausage roll! All absolutely brilliant, I loved the jalapeno cheese ball as I'd never tried that one, but the other two are firm faves too 😋

@considerit_chocolate so fab to get my Considerit fix twice this month after VegFest!

Just popping another rave about @iced_luxurycakes toffee apple cheesecake 🤭

On my way home from the market, I saw another market, in my village! @dargavelvillagemarket And Bagel Hoose were there so I got two Everything bagels. We had them with @violife_foods cream cheese, and cucumber 😋 Really tasty!

And a totally random one to finish... These standing stones have appeared next to where I live, seemingly overnight 🤣 How bizarre. Maybe I'll go back in time 🤭

First time visiting @hulmegardencentre and what a lovely little discovery! 🌻

A Sunday spent soaking up the wholesome vibes, exploring everything going on and enjoying a day surrounded by community, creativity and all things eco friendly🌎 @veganorganicuk

There was so much going on for all ages, making it a lovely day out whether you’re visiting with family, friends or just fancy exploring somewhere new! 🥰

☕️ Cafe & toilets  🌿 plenty of plants  
It’s always lovely discovering new places, supporting local businesses and finding a community doing good things. 🫶 plus got a lovely plant at the end 🪴 so a very successful trip ✅

Cherry, chocolate & cream… say no more! 🍒🍫 🤍

I’m no stranger to Teatime Collective treats, so when I spotted them at the vegan events, I had to make a trip for the stall! 💚

I’ve already worked my way through their cookies, rocky road, croissants and plenty of their other goodies, so this time I decided to try something a little different…

✨ Black Forest Cake ✨
Chocolate cake, cherries & creamy goodness all in one slice
basically a not so little vegan teatime dream! 🤎and everything I hoped for

There’s something about a Black Forest combo that just works, and this one definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! Plus they don’t skimp on slices so was very satisfied

Seeing as I spend most of my time and disposable income eating my way round Manchester, I thought I'd do a little guide of where to get the best vegan everything in the city 🏙️🌱

Part Two features some heavy hitters and some places you might not even have heard of ☺️ don't forget to SAVE for your next visit 💚

1. Excellent curry at the fully veggie @sanskrutirestaurant - it's so nice to be able to order a creamy curry and the breads and kofta starters were DELICIOUS 🍛 (vegetarian, vg options)

2. I feel like everyone knows about @teatimecollective and for good reason. Their range of cakes is superb - get the custard slice 😻 (fully vegan)

3. Maybe the best vegan chicken I've had?! Lots of the dishes can be made using vegan chicken, including their Wing Wednesdays @kongschickenshop (vg options) 🌱

4. Colourful, delicious, fresh mezze and kebabs at @bab_mcr (vg options) 🌶️

5. The best chocolate ever, vegan or otherwise (fully vegan) @kindheartedchocs 🍫

6. Choose your own veggies, noodles and tofu to go in your soup at @soupcomcr (vg options) 🍜

7. A Manchester vegan scene og @seitanskebab which does the best shawarma (and kebabs) (fully vegan) 🥙

8. A fantastic cafe with homemade vegan food including @hillgatecakery (fully vegan) 🥪

9. The best cocktails I've ever quaffed in a very cool setting with excellent music @speak_in_code (fully vegan) 🍸

HERES MY HAUL FROM @veganevents_uk 🛍️

As you can see I shopped till I dropped …
But you can’t blame me , there was SO MUCH CHOICE.
Call me a *vegan* kid in a candy store
And I Love supporting independent businesses when I can 🙌🏻

FULL RUN DOWN ..
An overview 👀

So staring off with @iced_luxurycakes CORNFLAKE brownie ( I have wanted to try this creation for so long ) so when I spotted this was coming to the market they kindly saved me a slice ( very glad as it was so busy and a popular bake that goes FAST) then I spotted the raspberry millionaire and it got me intrigued with rice pops as the base my inner child had to have , so nostalgic and old school

@belsvbakes my first bara brith as they brought a bit a wales to the event , was delicious

@teatimecollective BLACK FOREST 🍒 not had one in years and from memory probably had one once ? When I was little at Christmas the good ol’ gateaux , there was so much choice but never had one of their cakes before , it’s big , it’s bold and I can’t wait

As a gal that has never liked cheese that much , never missed it while being vegan but as soon as I saw @sophies.delight I had to get her ‘halloumshi’ , tried the award winning @adelas.vegan.deli and the fruity one had to be purchased (the feta was also incredible) and finally tried many samples from @happymousevegan and loved the caramelised onion - fun fact my mum who’s a cheese o holic said they were lovely and she’s already got started on them

My first @theteapotbakery tiramisu croissant 🥐 a hard choice from the array but I’m a sucker for it , had the next day for breakfast would of liked a stronger coffee flavour but I’m normally a black coffee gal so used to it strong 💪🏻

My VIP @miraclesmission bag with goodies inside ( will show what I got next !)

I could not get over how incredible these looked , it was buy 4 for a deal which I was glad as I couldn’t just pick one @chapperscheesecakes

KEY LIME 🍋‍🟩 never had a lime cheesecake so v excited BIRTHDAY CAKE 🎂 as they’re celebrating so be rude not to
