One of my Favorite @officialcreedpage songs. #MySacrifice My Runs have become an Act of Worship! I verbally, submit my runs to God. I run because God has given me the ability to run and I often times think about those who can’t.

My Runs have become My Sacrifice!

🌞💙A look back at summer 2026👀

Now that fall has finally settled in, we’re looking back on summer 2026 at Super Jock ‘n Jill and admiring all the fun we had along the way🫶🏻

It was a very fullllll and exciting summer of demo runs and community collaborations, partnering with a variety of wonderful brands and run groups and local organizations!

A few highlights:
- @newbalance 1080v15 demo run with @ben__watkins and @endorphinsrunning Seattle
- @hoka Clifton Pro Launch Party with @ben.crowell @cowgilltrailcollective, @womxnruntheherd Womxn and @4thegirlsjogclub!
- @brooksrunningseattle Ghost Amp demo run with @macdaddyfranks and 4TheGirls Jog Club!
- @asicsrunning demo run with @tech_rep_pnw and @seattlefrontrunners at Volunteer Park!
-Many many more demo runs with our friends at New Balance, Hoka, Brooks, Asics, @mizunorunningusa, @nikerunning and @altrarunning (@altra_mary )! Not to mention all the local run groups who joined us for these events!!
-We gained a new neighbor @easypace (and have been celebrating their opening with many post-run social hangs ever since!)
-Not to mention hosting packet pickups for many local summer races, and hosting our local HS cross country teams for SO MANY Spike Nights !
-And of course, many more unofficial, undocumented miles that were shared along the way💗

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made summer 2026 such a special one! We are so grateful for you.

Cheers to many more miles ahead 🫶🏻💙🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

Running thoughts: Habit vs. Training.
On my long run tonight, my Hill Habit said, “Slow down, just walk up it. I’ve had a long week.”
Then I immediately heard my Training Voice chime in, “I got this! I’ve been here before and by keeping up this momentum, I will be stronger at the top!”

Hill Habit of walking was broken by the consistency of training.

Confidence comes from victory. Strength comes from the struggle. It was a struggle to get out of bed and lace up.

Wasn’t it @allen.morrell but we did it anyway.

Maybe the real six star medal was the friends we made and the person I became along the way ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What a full-heart race weekend in Berlin. The crowds and energy were electric, and I felt so grateful to toe the line with so many running friends and to be cheered by so many friends and loved ones. When I started this six star journey, I lived in Urbana, Illinois and mainly trained solo. Now finishing this journey in Berlin, I realized how many lifelong friends and core memories I’ve made along the way to six (Prater Biergarten will always have a special place in my heart). I had a moment this past weekend where I said to myself “Wow. I am literally on the subway with my fiance in Berlin to meet with my Portland running friends at a Beer garden after finishing the World Marathon Major Six Stars”. 10 years ago 21 year old Brendan would just be absolutely floored to see how much marathon running has brought to his life (he also would say “wait, you did the six marathon majors? And you’re getting married?!”)

Proud of how I ran given another hot weather race weekend where a PR for me was out the question. At least my bib (neither the front Berlin bib or back six star hopeful bib) didn’t rip off from all of the sweat! Running under the Brandenburg Gate in the last mile to the finish will forever be seared into my memory. There wasn’t a single quiet kilometer at all during the Berlin Marathon race course! So much fun!

People have asked me earnestly: so are you done with marathon running for good after finishing the six? My answer: far from it. With the help of @asics and @asicsrunning , I’ll be doing the California International Marathon in 9 weeks. Every marathon I do, I learn a lot, so I’m excited to take these lessons to CIM this December. Legs truly are feeling good and with the base of Berlin training, I’m excited to see what I can do 👀

Thanks again Berlin 🇩🇪 🫶 🥨*
