ITS ALIVE 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

My biggest thanks EVER to my Australian wizard Paul @techcentral in Miami, Queensland for NOT ONLY fixing the internal mess but also doing a lot of cosmetic surgery on the cover, the face plate, and even the road case.. all of which were very much worse for wear after all these hard touring years.

I got hundreds of messages - even Farfisa schematics and pro tips - for repair shops and combo organ experts .. I am just in awe of the outpouring of love and help here 😭

I love Australia and Paul forever now 💕

This organ is good to go for another 50 years
LETS ROCK

Big thanks to Paul at @techcentral for servicing my vintage @moogsynthesizers Liberation.

Everything is working smoothly and so nice to have some life back in my baby by some skilled hands.

Will be laying some tracks with this next week leading up to our Japan tour in Oct!

Today, I rested for two days to give myself the energy and focus I needed for tonights’ training. I drive for two hours, enjoying goegeous sunset and nature views, made it to the gym after an incredible 10-hour workday.

I was working on marketing our new program launch, which would have taken me weeks if I wasn’t in the zone.

And to top it all off, I accomplished my new barani pike and straight shape. Yes, they’re back! Consistency always makes it happen easily!

Setting big goals is a challenge, and it’s also incredibly rewarding. I still nine days to complete two routines of 10 jumps each. So far, I’ve managed to confidently do 17 of the 20 jumps, but connecting them has been more challenging. Today, I was hoping to complete a routine connected until jump eight, but my mind got the better needed more time to process. I had some releasing to do and old fears and doubts resurfaced. I had the thiughts before and I do notice they get less intense. I had to face my past challenges and question my motivation. But these are all just normal birth pains before a big breakthrough.
I’m incredibly grateful for my coach in the adults’ class. He always knows how to push me forward, both mentally and physically. @techcentral was there for me, sharing stories about his previous wins and strategies for the upcoming competition next week. His impressive skills reminded me how much I love this sport! His support helped me come to an epiphany that the feeling I want to experience in competition is not about winning or completing routines or competing at all. What I truly desire is to jump freely, without any concerns about my ankle. And I had put this competition as that moment where I feel fully physically free. It’s been a journey and I’m now putting extra affirmations out there for ankle healing. I know that our bodies follow our minds, so I’m confident that positive affirmations will lead to positive outcomes.

I’m happy with the progress, accepting my need to go quicker, and I feel excited for tomorrow’s training session.

There’s no feeling quite like being able to train my body and mind in a way that I love!

3 things I learned in adult class with @techcentral tonight:

1. Playing with tools to overcome the fear of new or upcoming jumps: it’s all about calibrating towards the right timing: when shaking, use the adrenaline and go up to 30 repetitions for the jump to feel like a flow

2. Balancing the 3/4 belly jump and the follow-up 5/4 back sault. It helps me move forward so much quicker when Paul (🙏💯) helps me assess, the position of my take-off, landing position angles of the 3/4 to belly and speed of tucking in 5/4 back + variations on the tramp bed.

I definitely jump better when I also fully mentally understand or am aware of what my body is doing 😀

3. Learning to understand how the elbows work like our knee caps in handstand, they want to be well-connected to stand still !

5 weeks or 35 days to my potential first Meet again after healing for 1.5 years! Still A LOT of daily muscle knot release, stretching tissue and massage but I still see progress each day. My left calf id almost back as it was simolar to the right 🤩Feeling good.

So much to learn!

When studio mixers and cans of coke/alochol don't mix...

Big love to Paul @ @techcentral for spending all those hours painstakingly doing an emergency cleaning and full disassemble actetone bath and reassemble of our mixer after a can of drink was spilt all over it. Now it's good as new!

Sadly that person (i do know who) didn't come forward when they did it - they just left it.

Big love to all our studio bands who look after our studio like their own.

If you ever need something fixed Paul is your man. If he can't fix it - it can't be fixed!
