Y me ENCANTA. 😂💛

Does squatting deeper necessarily mean better results?

The squat is one of the most widely used exercises in strength and conditioning, yet its mechanics, optimal range of motion, and role in muscle hypertrophy continue to generate debate.

In my latest article, I explore the science behind squat mechanics, examining muscle recruitment, individual biomechanics, movement asymmetries, and what the evidence actually tells us about squat depth and lean muscle development.

The objective isn’t to prescribe one perfect squat for everyone, but to understand how anatomy, movement capacity, and training goals influence exercise prescription.

Because effective coaching goes beyond simply telling someone to squat deeper. It requires understanding why, when, and for whom.

I’d welcome the perspectives of fellow coaches, strength and conditioning professionals, and exercise science enthusiasts.

Sometimes, what we have suffered through can become our strength—and inspire us to help others.

I’m proud to share that I have completed my postgraduate course in Eating Disorders at TECH University and finally received my certificate! 🎓 @techglobaluniversity

I spent this summer studying online, on an incredible journey to better understand the thoughts, emotions and experiences of people living with eating disorders. Having experienced an eating disorder myself, this achievement feels deeply personal.

There are so many forms beyond anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder—including pica, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), rumination disorder and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED). Behind every diagnosis is a person with their own story, deserving understanding and compassion.

For me, this is another step towards turning personal experience into greater awareness, sharing knowledge and helping others feel less alone.

You are not alone. Recovery is possible. I am here to help you 🤍

Have you ever spent days trying to get one design just right? 😭🎨

This particular design took me 10 days of creating, editing, trying again, and making little changes until I finally got an outcome I was happy with.

I created this using PixelLab, Snapseed Pinterest and Lightroom. ✨

I love seeing how an idea can start from nothing and slowly grow into something that stands out. 💙

If you need a design that is different, creative and made with intention, let me bring your idea to life. 🎨
