✨🎨 Artist Spotlight: Rachael Smith 👾✨

All March long, we’re highlighting talented local women artists in our community!

Today is Rachael Smith, a tattoo artist based in Brazil, Indiana

Rachael has been drawing since middle school and has been working in the tattoo world since 2014. She especially loves creating tattoos inspired by anime, manga, and video games, bringing bold color and character-driven designs to life on skin.

When she’s not tattooing, she’s hanging out with her three cats (who keep her busy with their daily shenanigans). 🐈

🎨 Find Rachael:
Facebook: Rachael Smith / Bohemian Ink Studio
Instagram: @techno.vert | @techno_designs
In person: @bohemianinkstudio (Brazil, IN – by appointment)

Stay tuned throughout March as we continue celebrating the creativity, passion, and impact of women artists in our community! 💜

In November, we lost our oldest fur baby Aloy to cancer. And it hit me hard.

I knew I wanted something that memorialized her in a magical way. From the story of her eating through a PlayStation controller to her love of pickles and bandanas, all of it encapsulated in a tattoo I absolutely love.

A huge thank you to @techno.vert for absolutely nailing this for me.

You are fantastic! 🥺💖

Wearing work from some favourite artists on my jacket: rainbow bulbasaur by @techno.vert , "moy" pin and barely visible red pin with flowers by @moisespulido_moy ...

Out here, and in the winter weather, I rarely leave the house. #crps leaves me incredibly fatigued just from existing and #gastroparesis means I am perpetually dehydrated and unable to take proper nourishment. But, sometimes, you just have to get out of the house. 🏠
