Every generation of techno leaves something behind.

What interests me most isn’t the moment an artist becomes established, but the years before that happens, when a clear artistic identity is already there, even if the wider scene hasn’t fully caught up yet.

These ten artists come from different countries, backgrounds and communities, but they share one thing: a commitment to sound and the culture surrounding techno.

Techno Diatom presents: The Template
On April 17, Diatom returns with a new chapter shaped by hypnotic techno - deep, repetitive and fully immersive.
Born from the atmosphere of Berlin’s underground - inspired by nights at Tresor - Diatom brings that same raw, stripped-back energy into a local space where minimal usually dominates. Not as a challenge, but as something that feels natural.

This was @specific.objects at the last event organised by @technodiatom at @clubcontrol ⛓️

High energy, driving sound and a dancefloor that never stopped moving 🤍

This is the 🇷🇴 underground techno scene.
