Validation is a collective act.

We’re wired for this resonance.
Building the bridge for others is where I feel most at home.

The hard part is actually standing on it.

Being seen feels like exposure
and the instinct to stay hidden is a constant pull.

Silence and go hungry. Speak and flourish.

Watching the choir at TEDx Stanford was the proof.

Harmony is more than music.

It’s the courage to be heard so the person next to you knows they belong, too.

I’m leaning into the discomfort this week
because my voice is how I hold space for yours.

When we lead with love, we create the frequency for everyone’s greatness to emerge.

How are you finding your resonance this week?

🌟 It’s official — my TEDx talk is live! 🌟

Giving this talk was a lifelong dream and one of the most vulnerable, meaningful experiences of my life.

I share how the body carries emotions and trauma, and how functional medicine can help us transform pain into healing.

This message comes straight from my own journey — both personal and professional — and my hope is that it helps even one person feel less alone, and more empowered to reclaim their health.

The full talk is linked in my bio ❤️

Joy and happiness aren’t only in the big milestones.
They live in the moments we let ourselves feel them. ✨

Last week at #TEDxCaminoRamon showed me how joy moves forward when community comes together.

Here’s to carrying that energy into the rest of the year.
Choosing joy. Choosing happiness. Choosing action, one step at a time.

What’s one step you’ll take this week?

✨ Thanks to @techsavvygal for bringing us together

🎤 BIG NEWS! I’ve been selected as a TEDx speaker! 🎉

This September, I’ll be taking the stage at TEDx Camino Ramon in NorCal to speak about something deeply personal: how Functional Medicine can help heal trauma.

As someone who has survived complex trauma and works as a holistic dietitian, I know firsthand how trauma affects our bodies and minds. But I also know that we have incredible power to shape our healing journey.

My own trauma has actually fueled my purpose and passion. It’s why I’m so dedicated to teaching others about their bodies, nervous systems, and the power of nourishment for finding peace and healing.

📅 Mark your calendars for September 25th in the Bay Area! I would absolutely LOVE to see your faces in the audience! Bring friends, share this post, let’s spread the healing message together.

🌟 TEDx Talk: Human Connection in a Digital World 🌟

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at TEDx about a topic very close to my heart: human connection in our digital age. Standing on that stage, I shared my thoughts on how technology, despite its many benefits, can sometimes create a sense of isolation. I drew from my own experiences and research to emphasize the importance of nurturing genuine connections and empathy, even through our screens. It was a profound moment for me, and I hope it resonated with others as much as it did with me. Thank you @techsavvygal for organizing such an incredible event.

I had the incredible opportunity to speak at TEDx on a subject dear to me: the impact of social media on mental health. Social media often presents an idealized version of life, causing children, young adults, and even adults to compare themselves to others, which can lead to stress and anxiety.

Additionally, issues like cyberbullying, addictions, and the fear of missing out (FOMO) further exacerbate these challenges. Join us as passionate speakers discuss the effects of #socialmedia on #mentalhealth and explore strategies for managing it, aiming to transform social media into a space of well-being for everyone. Let’s take care of our children ❤️ #bishopranch thank you for fellow speakers: Ade Henderson,Gigi Crowder #sanramon @techsavvygal
