The tee, front toss, and machine should each have a job.

The tee gives a hitter time to feel a contact point or movement adjustment.

Front toss adds timing and pitch selection.

The machine challenges that skill at more realistic speeds and with less time to decide.

Same goal. Increasing demands. That’s how a drill becomes a game skill.

Strong on one = Strong on two

Single-leg training helps athletes build the strength and stability they need to move, sprint, cut, jump, and perform at their best

During accessory work is a great place to sneak more unilateral training into your week

Save these for later and give them a try on your next lower or full body day

Not all reps are created equal. ⚡️

With Velocity-Based Training @gymaware , our athletes get instant feedback on every rep by measuring bar speed.

The result?
🔥 Higher intent.
📈 Better effort.
💪 Smarter training.

It also helps our coaches make real-time adjustments so every athlete is training at the right intensity—not just lifting weight for the sake of it.

More purpose. More competition. Better results.

Every rep counts.
