Felt good, thanks for the coaching @tarik_bjj and @modigmartialarts

Thanks for all the work back home at @starkjiujitsu with my coaches @maxlindbladjj @diegogonzalez_ @andersjiujitsu and teammates 🫶🏼

Unfortunately injured my knee first match and to top it off my foot in the semis 😁😁 at least I got a solid ass pie afterwards - I’ll be back soon

Thanks to @thejiujitsugospel for always supporting me and making all these majors happen and @teddynilsson_ for getting me in shape for this one ❤️

Some more pressure passing from nationals, forcing the leg drag off a leg attack and getting the back choke in the end 🫡

Passing through the de la riva 🔪

Usually we see people pass around the de la riva guard but you can also go through it and forcing a ”fake half guard” 😁

Been working on my pressure passing last couple of months so happy to show some of it at Nationals, thank you for the work @maxlindbladjj 🫡

@nackadojo Best Academy at ADCC Amateur Championships 🏆💪 We had a great day yesterday here in Poland and our students and coaches did an amazing job preparing and executing for this event.

Our kids, juveniles, adults and masters won 5🥇, 2🥈and 1🥉 and I saw some amazing performances where many of them performed better than ever before.

My daughter @tove.carneborn won gold in her division beating everyone by submission and in the final she fought the fantastic teammate @carma_mma

My brother @ralcar is still going very strong and he beat his three opponents decisevely to be the champ (although he did not know it was the Amateur World Championships he was competing in until day of when he saw the poster 😅)

Everyone performed very good, to name a few that stood out a little extra;

@armankosmaz did his best match to date against top level from Daisy Fresh, @lukas.lundmark did the slickest kneebar counter of the day, @tristanbahadorani is the champ with a remarkable turnaround in the final, @leia_bjj knows jiu-jitsu and can fight anyone and celinemizori is the future.

Thanks to all coaches back at home, @michael_alpang @teddynilsson_ and to @liam_alpang and @jibban.jallow for coaching here in 🇵🇱.

I worked a little at the event for @smoothcomp and today I will enjoy the show at @adcc_official at the @adccworld Championships.

Passing a flexible guard @gcseries super fight with inside and outside camping, trying to pin hands and threatening with leg locks from top - ultimately leading to a knee cut pass 😶‍🌫️

Passing a dangerous leg locker last weekend by putting constant forward pressure whilst protecting the legs - combining it with inside, outside camping and under the legs passing. After some cooking we get the pass off a K-entry with a reverse scoop grip 🫡

Managed to get the win yesterday at @gcseries via inside heelhook - thanks to Adrian for stepping up, he has a bright future!

Incredible professionalism from the promoters from the day we got to Finland to the day we left - top notch treatment for the athletes, thanks @brjjes and @djibriilhanzala , hope to see you at the next event 🙏

Thank you to @karlpegers for the coaching and congrats on the win - the @bestpracticebjj squad delivering with @santerililius also winning his main event 🥇

Keep your eyes out for @thejiujitsugospel latest drop end of August 👀

Lastly I want to thank my team @starkjiujitsu , coach @maxlindbladjj for the continuous work (although I got fat in Thailand) and of course @teddynilsson_ for keeping me strong and injury free 🫡
