When you are surrounded by courageous humans, who really want to make a real impact; you can’t help raise your own game, get inspired and you reconnect the dots once again to why you built what you built in the first place. Things click back into place with more ease and flow.

Being audacious with your goals, where it’s common your own friends and family may not entirely get it. However, doing it TOGETHER, with like minded and heart led leaders and founders, really does mean you are truly supported in what often, can be a lonely journey.

An honour to have led the deep dives with @tedlawlor @nutritionwith_maria @jamesthorpe06 @padel.smith where we can really get some answers on the next steps and real honest feedback from each other.

Learning about Padel and some top tips from the best with @padel.smith at @padelboxbermondsey

Wonderful cacao by @amazonikcacao to kick start our deep dives to help us get clarity and open up.

Well done @hughwahla and co for winning today!

Who’s up for Padel practice with me again… ? 😉

You wake up, Stub your toe, then the next thing happens and you start spiralling a bad day. Energy flows where your attention goes and this is what is happening in your brain..

If we know this, then we can actually make the changes we need for it to work in our favour too

You don’t need a perfect plan to start healing.

Just your body, the floor, and one honest minute.

Episode 8 🎙️ is LIVE. Learn how to work with the nervous system to move through high stress states, releasing trauma and pain from the body and how doing this can help you unlock and attract the life that’s been sat on your vision boards.

If you’ve been carrying trauma, try this before you overthink it.
* Lie down.
* Notice what your body wants to do.
* Let it move, shake, cry, breathe - whatever comes up.

I’m not saying this fixes everything.

I’m saying healing doesn’t always start in a therapy room.Sometimes it starts when you finally stop trying to hold it all in.Save this for the hard days.

And if this hits, let me know in the comments - I want to know who needed this today.

As a 49-year-old single mum of three, business owner and social media creator, I’m passionate about personal growth and becoming the happiest, most authentic version of myself.

I’d highly recommend Teddy Lawlor’s one-to-one sessions as part of that journey. 🤍✨

A little snippet of my breathwork journey so far 🫶🏼

It started in 2021…

What began as a personal journey led me to breathwork, deeper self-discovery, and eventually training to facilitate this work for others 🙏

Now, I’ve completed my breathwork facilitation training, @inhalo_uk is beginning to take shape…Still learning, still growing, and still very much on the journey!

I’ve tagged some of the people who’ve been part of my journey, whether you know it or not, through these breathwork teachings, support and inspiration!! Thank you 🫶🏼

💙 I always come home from events with a bag full of treasures.

Ticket stubs.
Leaflets.
Stickers.
Little bits and bobs.

But my favourite thing to bring home?

✍🏼Pages full of ideas.

✨After an AMAZING weekend at @mani.fest.newc last month, I came home with pages of scruffy notes, favourite quotes and ideas I didn’t want to lose.

✍🏼Rather than leaving them hidden in the pages of a notebook, I spent an afternoon turning them into a gorgeous journal spread - graphic recording style.

It’s one of my favourite ways to remember an event (well, as well as junk journaling✂️… let me know if you want to see that page too?!!)

✨ I know it’s a little while since Mani-fest now… but perhaps that’s the point. The best events stay with us long after they’re over.

Do you keep memories in photos, journals, ticket stubs… or a bit of everything? 💙 I’d love to know! X

Progress also comes in failure. I have had two weeks away from doing my pull up challenge. First week was due to having a deload week, where I did not set foot in the gym, then the second week, well I forgot 😅🤦🏻‍♂️

Back to it this week and I felt great, until the rubber around the bar kept slipping, meaning I was pretty much holding on via my fingers only on my right hand. It was very frustrating, but it is what it is.

I was exhausted from my back session, so unfortunately I couldn’t just try on another bar. Roll on next week’s attempt, as I am determined to beat 14 repetitions!! 💪🏼
