In other news, I’ve been pondering a new tattoo. I say that like it’s a new thing when I’ve actually been pondering it for the last 3 years. I make slow decisions.

But I think it might be time and I’ve been inspired by the illustration provided by Another Place Press for my book cover (see last slide). So… do I go for a red kite tattoo in December to mark the launch of my book and one of my favourite projects I’ve worked on?

Throwback to one of my favourite ever shows; The Flop. Made with Hijinx and Spymonkey and the best ever cast.

It was SO silly. We were nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Innovation, Experimentation and Playing with form and Chris Thorpe said it was the funniest show he’d ever seen.

Impotence is illegal. When a member of the aristocracy is accused of being less than upstanding, his wounded pride leads him towards a monumental and very public flop. But can a cast of total idiots save a show about a flop… from being one?

Wow. I can't actually believe I'm writing this.

Ssssooooo in the last 2 days my dear Friends @isaacdavis9293 And @emilyoturner have Left Pembrokeshire, Left Wales, Left The Uk, Even left Europe......and have gone to China.....Asia.....For a Year....To Teach School Kids English......And you're both already there.......wow.

Yes, This may sound like I'm making it up on the spot, but it's true, Very very very very true.

I remember being in the car with you 2 going back to mine from Haverhub and you 2 decided to tell me the news........I think I had to ask you 2 to repeat it to me at least 4 times maybe 5, but I still couldn't get it into my head, I didn't believe anything, I thought it was a prank or a joke, but I've known you 2, especially Isaac for too long, so I decided to agree and hope I was still hearing things and you were both making things up just because I didn't think it was real.

How wrong am I? Too wrong to be true, you're there and you're settling in already, and I have no idea how to find the words to express my Excitement and Pride and Admiration for you both as you start your new Journey.

Saturday Was Difficult, Saying goodbye to you both at your Leaving Party Was really really really hard, but I knew I had to let it go, let you 2 go into the craziness that you've gone for, and accepting that you have both made that decision to move to China for a new Chapter, and it has already started.

Maybe I can't accept it fully but I can somehow.....and letting you both live your fulfilled lives in China for a Year....We'll see.....it'll take a long time to get used to.

I hope you both have an incredible weekend, keep safe, have lots of Noodles and Whatever else you have, and don't forget I'm always on the other side of the Phone line, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Anywhere and everywhere.

Love you both with all my heart and soul, Can't wait to hear back from you 2 when you get a chance to talk. ❤️🤗😘☺️🙏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇨🇳🇬🇧.
