My THIRD TED Talk is officially LIVE! 🎉🎤

“Turning Cringe Into Courage” is all about learning to stop obsessing over what other people think and finally giving yourself permission to LIVE your best life. Because honestly? Most of us are just one embarrassing moment away from becoming the person we were always meant to be. 😂

And yes… I literally fall down in this talk. On purpose. 😅
But the whole point is this: you can fall down and STILL get back up again. Every single time. 💛

One of my teachers told me: “you live your life one of two ways- either you are constantly going out and getting OR you are bringing everything to you, like a magnet”
Guess which one is more sustainable?
@hair.md showed up via my man going for a hair cut (best one of his life) across the street from our hotel. He was the special sauce and final detail for this transformational moment in my life where I would be sharing inside stories with the world. And @ericapierluissi happened to be at this event through @turkmeninwonderland - one of my fellow and amazing speakers- to capture this moment with her beautiful photography!

🔴 What a weekend 🔴
Speaking at TEDxGainesville was everything I hoped it would be and more. Standing on that iconic red circle for the third time still doesn’t feel real—and somehow it feels even more meaningful each time.

Sharing a message about courage, growth, and showing up scared but ready, right here at the University of Florida, truly felt like a full-circle moment. (Pun intended ⭕️) Dreams evolve, confidence grows, and sometimes you look around and realize you’re standing exactly where you once hoped you’d be.

Grateful, humbled, and so proud of this journey 🥹❤️

Today’s the day.

I’m incredibly honored to have been chosen to give my first TEDx talk and to perform my original piece, My King, at the University of Florida, my alma mater 🐊

This moment is deeply meaningful to me. I’ve been a fan of TEDx for years and have always admired the way it pushes ideas that have the power to shape lives and impact the world.

SPOILER ALERT: there was no big aha. It was a process of consistent re-alignment from life circumstances, choices, and surrender—- I didn’t know it then but through all these things I was developing an ability to see and read all kinds of things that direct and guide y ability to help people.
