This is what it’s all about! @blak3golf and I have been getting after it for 3 weeks. Focusing on building strength and explosiveness in the areas that support the golf swing. The progress he’s made in the gym has been amazing to watch, but seeing how that training has translated into massive speed gains has been very rewarding as a coach! Now we have his little brother following his footsteps and getting better! 3 weeks ago Blake topped out at 119 club head speed and no crushing PR’s of 125 mph club head speed and 185 ball speed as a sophomore in high school! Sky’s the limit for this kid 👊🏽
