Last year I did it afraid, this year I’m doing it on purpose! I never imagined I’d end up with a Master’s degree in yoga or host wellness events, but leading this work feels like home. There’s no greater calling than serving others.

Full house, full heart ❤️✨

At a loss for words… yoga at @leelandhouse yesterday was surreal. The love and support fills my heart in ways I can’t fully articulate. It was truly a beautiful morning of flow, food and fellowship.
