☀️🐺 AND JUST LIKE THAT… THE SUMMER SERIES COMES TO AN END. 🏁

What. A. Summer.

We started with races to run, medals to chase, and goals we weren’t sure we could reach. But somewhere between the early mornings, blazing summer miles, tired legs, finish lines, laughs, and celebrations… we became something bigger than a group of runners.

We became FAMILY. ❤️

Every race told a story.

Some of us got faster.
Some went farther than ever before.
Some fought through miles that tested everything in them.
Some simply refused to quit.

And through every single one of those moments, THE PACK WAS THERE. 🐺

Cheering louder. Running together. Waiting at the finish line. Reminding each other that no matter your pace, your place, or how difficult the journey became…

YOU WOULD NEVER RUN ALONE.

To every runner who showed up this summer — BE PROUD OF YOURSELF. 🏅🔥

Look at the miles you conquered.
Look at the memories you created.
Look at the people standing beside you.

Those medals around our necks represent races completed…

But THIS FAMILY is what we really won.

The Summer Series may be over, but this story is FAR from finished.

Because seasons change.
Races change.
Goals get bigger.

BUT THE PACK REMAINS. 🐺

MEDAL MONDAY !! 🏅

ANOTHER SERIES KICKOFF… AND IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE! 🐺🔥

Records were broken. Milestones were reached. Goals were crushed.

But what makes this victory special isn’t just what we accomplished individually—it’s what we accomplished together.

Every mile, every step, every challenge was met as a PACK. No one was left behind. No one fought alone. And every single one of us crossed that finish line stronger than when we started.

The Summer Series is officially underway, and we’re now just TWO MEDALS AWAY from completing another circuit! The mission is clear, the momentum is building, and the best is still ahead of us.

To everyone who showed up, pushed through, and earned their place at the finish line—CONGRATULATIONS! Your hard work, discipline, and determination are paying off.

Wear those medals with pride. Let them shine. Let them remind you of what you’re capable of when you refuse to quit.

The Pack is moving. The hunt continues. And we’re just getting started. 🐺🏅🔥

Another bites the dust. Vintage 5K was a success. Like Thanos said, FINE ILL DO IT MYSELF! But we did it as a unit, a team, a PACK! We came out and hunted for those medals and the support was at an all time high!! 2 medals down and 1 to go….Houston series is coming to a close but we still going!! We just getting started!! 🐺🐺🐺

Finally, I’m #HalfAMary certified‼️ S/O to my team @runforlife.runclub for supporting me, literally and figuratively…. see slide 9. This race may not have been my fastest, but it I ran it with a real purpose. It was a mental health half-marathon, and I dedicated this race to all those who are fighting silently, dealing with challenges that may not always be visible. I know how difficult it can be to express what you’re experiencing, but remember, we’re all fighting our own battles.

This race wasn’t about hitting a PR; it was about perseverance and solidarity. I wanted to send a heartfelt message to anyone dealing with mental health issues: run your race at your own pace. Whatever you’re experiencing, stay strong, keep pushing forward and get through it. Seek help if you need it. You’re not alone in this journey. And above all, remember to take care of yourself, never let yourself go and it’s okay to look good while you’re fighting‼️Being fly is therapeutic lol. But in all seriousness, stay strong‼️God is love‼️💜
