Grateful.

Wow where do I even begin, 4 amazing years of building this amazing community. What a passion project it was.

I went into it with the intention of helping my mental health and I came out of it with so much more.

The impact it has had on my life has been nothing but immensely positive things.

I’ve helped, I’ve inspired, I’ve gained friends for life. For that I am beyond thankful.

Thank you each and everyone I’ve met through it, thank you to the many opportunities it’s brought into my life.

So as they all say all good things have to come to an end, but I’ve felt this for a while now as I feel that I have reached my capacity here at this community and feel I am ready to take on another passion project whatever that may be.

So hey to think it’s all over is something that still shocks me, but it’s my time to go, on the 10th of October the 4th birthday of @445_run_club it will be my last day apart of it. So calling all past 445 runners and present and people who have said they will come and haven’t come please make it to this one will mean so much to me.

Lastly thank you to @lucyscarbro for allowing me help build this community without you the founder nothing of this would be possible.
