Dinner at @mesawindsfarm was absolutely incredible. I am a huge fan of farm-to-table restaurants and these guys have it completely dialed in. Every detail was thought out and you can tell that the staff takes tremendous pride in their work. We were lucky enough to sit outside and got to enjoy a stupendous sunset- Mt. Lamborn absolutely glows🥹 Thank you, Mom and Dad, for this exquisite experience. Thank you, Mesa Winds, for being here and highlighting the superb offerings that the North Fork Valley produces 🫶🏻 I can’t wait to go back!

Morning hikes must begin with @paoniabreadworks ! I got to try their specialty slice- shishito peppers, red pepper flakes, pear, goat cheese, and lemon oil = a match made in HEAVEN🤤 I also snagged a garlic bagel with cream cheese for eating once we got to the lake. I have such fond memories of the countless meals I had/ obtained from here during high school. Breadworks has such a special place in my heart🫶🏻

Picnic Time!
My sister and her roommates came down from AZ and I flew in from OR- I absolutely had to put together a picnic for us! This is everything I put together…

🌙Dinner Tonight: Stella Sandwiches with Ceviche and Tortilla Chips

✨Autumn and Tegan’s Ratings:
Sandwich: 9.5/10
Less toasted bread would be better next time. The flavors are balanced well though!
Ceviche: 9.5/10
The initial taste is great and we’re waiting for the tastier, more marinated version tomorrow. Then, it’ll be a 10/10!
Successful dinner.
