This one really left a mark… 🌸

Because this was never just about the Pilates… although that definitely left a mark too. 😂

I don’t know about you girls, but I could hardly walk for three days after that. OUCH. Sorry, not sorry.

She Blossoms was about creating a space where women could fully blossom into the most real, unapologetic version of themselves.

Because as women, we put SO much pressure on ourselves to be perfect, to have it all together and to hold ourselves back from just being unapologetically us.

Well… this morning, we did exactly that. 🥹

And the energy in the room, the connections made and the conversations I’ve continued to have with the women since have honestly blown me away.

Now I know a lot of you got serious FOMO from this one… and if you missed it, I would too. 😂

But we listened.

We’re bringing you a Sweat event EVERY MONTH at Sunny’s. 🥂🌸

My cup is absolutely OVERFLOWING. 🥹💗

I couldn’t be more incredibly grateful for such an amazing morning, and even more grateful for the incredible women I got to spend it with 🥹

This morning we celebrated our Momentum Project girls finishing their 6 weeks, while also opening the doors for new women to come along, meet us and experience what Sweat is all about!

The laughs. The banter. The smiling faces. The little moments in between…. It meant the world to me!

I poured my heart into this event with @tamramanck help (ILY 🫶) and, not going to lie…. there were definitely a few tears, spiralling moments and “is this actually going to come together?” moments 😂 BUT seeing it all come to life made every second worth it.

And WOW. The businesses that came together this morning to create a little Moreton Bay movement… aren’t we bloody lucky?! 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to every incredible local business who showed up and helped make the morning what it was. Was so special seeing everyone jump in and help + support one another 😭🩷

And of course, our gorgeous rooftop @sunnys_margatebeach for letting us bring it all to life. 🥂✨

We’re SO excited to announce that we’ll be running one of these rooftop events every single month!

Here’s to continuous growth, more girlhood, more community and creating even more exciting, memorable moments for women who simply want to surround themselves with good people. 💗

My cup is full. And then some. 🥹✨

There was something incredibly special about this day. From the moment the room started, our PRO SERIES artists were challenged, stretched and given a genuine insight into what it takes to walk into an audition and deliver. @leannecherny and @laurenkateseymour brought so much experience, honesty and energy to the room and our artists took every bit of it on. A day full of learning, growth and moments we won’t forget.
