POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

FROM A TAIPEI MALL FOOD COURT TO ESTONIA’S STARTUP ECOSYSTEM.

Two founders. Two iPads. A whole lot of coffee, stubbornness, and a vision that refused to stay small.

Now Yours Global is teaming up with Tehnopol Startup Incubator to take our vision for a more private, secure world even further.

We’re building more than apps. We’re building a future where people can feel safer in the spaces they enter, from hotel rooms and holiday rentals to the everyday places we never think twice about.

Getting to this point hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been messy, wild, and full of learning. We’re bootstrapping, building, testing, and figuring things out as we go. No magic formula. Just a hell of a lot of work and a belief that this matters.

Huge thanks to Tehnopol for being part of the journey. 🇪🇪

Curious how two founders turned an idea into Yours Global? 👀

The full story is linked in the comments. Go have a read, then tell us: what would YOU build if you decided to stop waiting for the perfect moment?

IDA Hub is officially OPEN, and although the celebration is over, the excitement is still here! 🫶🏼🎬

I’ve seen many events in Ida-Virumaa, but this one was something else! The atmosphere, the performances, the people… And that incredible live show by @noepmusic. Just WOW! 🔥❤️

Film producers, investors, location scouts and creative industry professionals from the UK, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy, Czechia and Lithuania.

And so many inspiring speakers and industry experts, including Sten Saluveer @skslvr, Carlo Rizzo @_carlorizzo_, Nick Leonard @_nickjleonard_, Kristen Davis @daviskris10, Uri Levanon @ulevanon, Jasmina Torbati @jasminatorbati, Jonathan Lee, Tomas Srovnal @tomas.srovnalos, Lene Borglum @lene_borglum and many others.

All together here, in Ida-Virumaa! How cool is that?! 😍

And we’re still getting messages from our guests. Some say they’ll remember these days for a long time, others are already talking about new projects and partnerships. This makes me especially happy because that’s exactly what we hoped for.

And as part of @ida_hub, we had a very special moment for our Film and Multimedia Accelerator: IRIS Casting Ecosystem became our first team to receive the @tehnopol Golden Hockey Stick! @ronjakissa and @mikapajunen, you did it! So proud of you both! Keep shining! 🏆💪🏻

A big thank you to all our partners and everyone who made this event possible. And special thanks to @khaljand and the EIS team for helping us bring such an amazing international delegation together 🙌

So proud of what we’ve done together. And so happy to be part of it all! ♥️

P.S. And if you ever need planes or helicopters with experienced pilots for your film production, you know who to call @kenkoort 🚁🎬

A fellow professional speaker - humor engineer @theandrewtarvin told me once:
“What gets fun, gets done”. ✅

I feel any training experience becomes more engaging and effective with a bit of humor, fun, and play. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be professional, structured, and results-oriented.
But a good vibe, a bit of humor, and a few jokes at the right moment can make the whole experience even better. (And usually more memorable too).

Last week I had a chance to lead a full-day workshop on #productivity and #performance with 14 companies from Finland, Estonia, and Sweden.

You can see the faces. 😎

Thanks, everyone, for making it pleasant and contributing to the vibe. I certainly had a great time!

The workshop was part of the Growth and Scaling through AI (GSAI) program.

The nine-month program kicked off in Tallinn with a two-day program. Mariliis Uibomäe 💥 led a session on growth marketing hacking, followed by sales and positioning sessions led by Kalev Kaarna. And we continued today with my interactive sessions on culture, productivity, and team performance. (Even if you scale through AI, you need to have a strong core - the team, the people, the culture).

Check out the teams:
🇪🇪 Estonia: KULG - AI Training Assistant , Beyond Code , GrainFlow , MS Forest and PocoBit PocoBit
🇫🇮 Finland: Aurafleet , Dandelier, Dokport , Sinapsia / TeachersPro and Thril.
🇸🇪 Sweden: Noxit , ATJOO AB, Careifai AB, and Mochi Digital Marketing.

GSAI is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg Central Baltic Programme and jointly delivered by Movexum AB, Yrityssalo Oy | Yrityssalo Ltd. , AI Sweden, and Tehnopol.

CREATING SYNERGIES. 🇪🇪🚀

Today at Technopol Tallinn, one of Estonia’s leading technology and innovation hubs.

What makes Technopol special is not just the technology itself, but the ecosystem behind it: startups, established companies, universities, researchers, developers and investors are brought together in one place.

The result? Short communication paths, fast decisions, strong collaboration and the ability to turn ideas into real-world solutions much faster.

With close links to TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, Technopol creates an environment where expertise from AI, digitalization, cybersecurity, software, HealthTech and other future technologies can connect and grow.

For us at USTOMED, visiting environments like this is about much more than inspiration. We actively look for new connections, technologies and synergies that can help us accelerate innovation in healthcare and dentistry.

Because innovation only creates real value when it reaches people.

Connecting ideas. Creating synergies. Advancing healthcare.
For better patient outcomes – and more smiles. 🦷💙
