What does it actually look like to build a food brand from scratch? 👀💜 A whole lot of mixing, baking, tweaking recipes, and taste testing (obviously the best part). Lots of trial and error, and plenty of protein bars along the way! Also, some fav brands we incorporated into our OneSeed recipes lately: @tejariandco @simplyorganicfoods @paleovalley @beesponsible . . . . . . . . . #femaleentrepreneur #BehindTheScenes #FoodEntrepreneur #SmallBusinessOwner #founderlife

🎃 Pumpkin Chocolate Protein Muffin Tops 🍫 A little pumpkin, a little chocolate, whole grains, and a boost of protein. The perfect cozy fall snack for the kids (and us moms, obviously 🤎). INGREDIENTS * ½ cup all-purpose flour * ½ cup whole wheat flour * ½ cup oats, blended into oat flour * 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground * 1½ tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp of baking soda * ½ cup mini chocolate chips * ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce * 2 eggs * ⅓ cup melted butter * 1 cup pumpkin purée * 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice * 1 tsp of cinnamon * ¼ cup Tejari chocolate protein powder * ⅓ cup brown sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 2 tbsp milk, if needed (I didn’t need any!) DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix the pumpkin, applesauce, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flours, blended oats, ground flaxseed, baking powder, spices and protein powder. 4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips. 5. If the batter feels too thick, add milk as needed. I skipped it! 6. Scoop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet 7. Bake for about 12–16 minutes, checking for doneness. ✨ Why I love these ingredients:
🌾 Whole wheat flour and oats add fiber and whole-grain goodness.
🌱 Ground flaxseed provides fiber
🎃 Pumpkin adds beta-carotene
🥚 Eggs and Tejari protein powder= protein to help make these more satisfying. They’re still a treat, but with a little extra nutritional goodness tucked inside. 🤎 Save this one for your next cozy fall baking day! #muffins #stayathomemomlife #pumpkinrecipes #homemadesnacks fallbaking

My daily routine starts with this mango protein smoothie. I love @tejariandco pea protein powder as it doesn’t have fake sugars and it’s sweetened with dates. What ingredients do you use in your smoothies? #smoothies #plantbasedfood

Last Sunday, we took over Hotel Nyack for our FLX Sunday Reset, and let’s just say… we’re still thinking about this one. 🪩 Pilates Sculpt, a sound bath that gave us permission to do absolutely nothing, brunch, wellness pop-ups, a seriously stacked FLX tote, and 26 people who decided to spend their day with us. A few things we learned: 🪩 Sometimes, the best part of a workout is everything that happens after it. 🪩 Good people, great brands, a little movement, and a really cool space = our kind of morning. 🪩 You don’t need to disappear for an entire weekend to feel like you got away. A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, brought a friend, rolled out a mat, shopped our local vendors, and made our first Sunday Reset one for the books. And to our instructors, Hotel Nyack, and every brand and local business that helped bring this to life — we couldn’t have done it without you. We’re already dreaming up what’s next. Different spaces, new experiences, same FLX energy. Want in on the next one? Sign up for updates at flxretreats.co so you’re the first to know what we’re planning. And if you’re a brand, venue, or business with an idea for something fun, our DMs are open. We love a good collaboration. #FLXRetreats #SundayReset #wellnessevents

The best & worst plant-based protein powders at @wholefoods 🌱💪🏼🥤 🚫 I skip a lot of the popular conventional brands because they can contain gums, fake flavorings, and non-organic ingredients that may come with higher pesticide exposure. ✅ @tejariandco + @truvani are two excellent choices 🌿🔥 🌱 Organic ingredients 🚫 No gums 🚫 No natural or artificial flavors 🥭 Just real food ingredients Simple, clean, and exactly what I look for. 🙌🏼💚 #plantprotein #plantbasedprotein #wholefoodsmarket

Are you getting enough protein? Muscle = longevity and protein is essential for building muscle. Whole food sources should come first. But protein powder can be a tasty, fun, convenient way to fill the gaps so you can hit your protein goal. One of my favorite things ever is getting creative and making protein ice cream in the Vitamix or Ninja Creami! Do you have a favorite protein powder? Which one of these sounds like your perfect flavor? Love, Your longevity dietitian ❤️🧬 #fatloss #proteinpowder #protein #dietitian #glp1

Still looking for a reason to grab a ticket? We have about 17 🙃 As in, the lineup of brands + vendors popping up at FLX Sunday Reset and making their way into your FLX tote. We could tell you everything that’s inside… but where’s the fun in that? You’ll have to show up first. 💚 October 4 · Hotel Nyack Pilates Sculpt. Sound Bath. Brunch. Wellness pop-ups. And a very good tote ($180+ value) waiting for you. #wellnessweekend #sundayfunday #popupevent #newyork #bergencounty
