In a small town, it's the little things. I've been playing ball on this field since I was 5 years old and up until a day or two ago. This wasn't here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to tejon ranch and all of the staff that had a part in getting this new drinking fountain installed for the kids. pretty dang awesome.

I never skip this SoCal spot when traveling 👏🏼🛍️

If you’re driving through the Grapevine, you need to add Outlets at Tejon to your itinerary! It’s SO much more than just a place to shop.

You can make a whole stop out of it — 🛍️ shop nearly 60 stores, 🍕 grab a bite or sweet treat, 🎮 enjoy entertainment, and 👧🏼 let the kids get some energy out at the kids’ play space and rides.

We ended up finding some great deals today (and both kiddos left with new shoes 👟), but honestly, it’s the fact that you can shop, eat, play, and take a break from the car all in one spot that makes this such a great road trip stop.

If you’re traveling with kids, you know that having a place to actually get out of the car, stretch your legs, and let them play makes such a difference!

They also have tons of amazing sales and special offers, so definitely check out what’s happening before you go. (There were tons of Fall finds in stores, too! 🎃🧡)

With the holidays coming up, you need to add this to your list of must-stop road trip destinations. Whether you’re heading north or south on I-5, it’s such an easy stop right at the base of the Grapevine. 🚗✨

📍 Outlets at Tejon
5701 Outlets at Tejon Pkwy
Tejon Ranch, CA 93203

Check out their event calendar 📅 for special events, markets, car shows & more!

Save this for your next California road trip! 🤍

Yesterday at Tejon Ranch was one for the books.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, our incredible sponsors, and every single person who supported this event. Your generosity, encouragement, and enthusiasm are what make days like this possible.

We’re grateful for the friendships made, the memories created, and the Veteran community that continues to rally behind what we’re building here at RWF. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

Until next time… thank you for being part of it. 🤝

Sometimes they pose in the light, they stand still, the camera is in your hand, and they don’t seem to mind that you are occupying space in their world. Sometimes I don’t see anything.

Have a wonderful day. We’ll hit it again next week.

Nine days out, and we're loading the truck.

On Saturday, August 1, Tackle Express will have a booth at the Reel Warriors Foundation × Tejon Ranch Fishing Tournament & BBQ — and this one's open to the public.

Here's the schedule:
🕔 5 AM check-in
🎣 6 AM tournament start at Reservoir 2
🐟 Lines out at 11 AM
🍖 Free BBQ lunch at Old HQ Tejon Park
🎸 Live music from local country artist Devyn Brinsfield
🎟️ Giveaways — guided turkey hunt, half-day guided pig hunt, hunting rifle, fishing trips, fishing gear and more
🔨 Live auction, plus vendors on site from local brands

100% of raffle and live auction proceeds go directly to the Reel Warriors Foundation, which gives veterans a network of support and a real break through the outdoors. That's why we said yes to this one.

Come find our booth. We'll be there to talk tackle, answer setup questions, and help you figure out what to throw in that reservoir. Bring your questions — the ones you've been meaning to ask us but never had time for at the counter.

Register by emailing chris.woodburn@reelwarriorsfoundation.org

Fishing early and don't have your rig dialed? We're open in Santa Clarita all week — come see us before Saturday. 24460 Railroad Ave, Santa Clarita · 661-251-8700

See you out there.

During a ultra run event @tejon_ranch this past February, I came across this beautiful family of boars 🐗. One of the coolest things I’ve ever witnessed.
