This AAPI Heritage Month, we wanted to take time to reflect, celebrate, and listen. 💙

The Utah Falconz are stronger because of the diversity, pride, resilience, and leadership within our team. Thank you to everyone who shared their perspectives with us this month🦅

From my Beautiful Grandma to my sisters in Christ, each of these women have given me strength, love, courage, compassion, and some form of healing. I hope they know they're so special.

Sister Leuga invited me to her endowment and I was grateful to be there as it was my 1st time seeing a live endowment after my own. The session was one of my favorites to date! Literally couldn't wipe the smiles off our faces. #Godissogood #goddid #lds ldswomen grateful

CHRIST-MAS

For this last part I invite you guys to remember why we celebrate Christmas. Theres a reason why when Jesus was born a big bright star lit up the sky. Thats because Jesus Christ is the light. I invite you guys to give that light to others. Jesus is the perfect example of this he shared his light through love, kindess, and service. So I invite you all to do the same. You each have a light that NEEDS to be shared. Through love, kindess, or service. It can be whatever just share YOUR light. And I can promise that as you share your light, this christmas season will be more enjoyable. Merry Christmas🎄🎅🤶🎁

As I promise here's the link to @jevallye
I Ams (Christian Affirmations) to keep us striving to listening to them & becoming each one of them not only to increase our selflove & knowledge of who we are called to be in this life. I also want you to gain the understanding & wisdom out of these I Ams of how much God truly loves each & everyone of you.

I suggest when you click on the video, click on the word more in the caption description & scroll down then click on the word transcript to write out the I Ams so you can have a written copy to follow along with Jevallyes audio. There are about 108 to write out & worth memorizing & play through out your 24 hr day. Enjoy!

✨

Today I’m grateful for those who love and serve without drama, fanfare, accolades, or even awareness.
♥️

Those who hear you, hold you, hug you, catch you, and carry you -
♥️

Especially when you’re sick, struggling, overwhelmed, and tired.

Day 3:
By no means is it easy 😂 but I am grateful to be the oldest of my siblings and for the chance I have had and continue to have everyday watching them grow and achieve big things in life. Wouldn’t trade it for the world ❤️ #givethanks
