A Soviet post office with Two MICHELIN Keys. A sanatorium turned to face Mount Kazbek. A cottage shaped like a wine jar. These are the most extraordinary hotels in Georgia.

Georgia has been making wine for thousands of years, and you can taste that history in the places you sleep. A prince's estate where the country's first bottled wine was made, with a bottle from 1814 still in the cellar. A nobleman's mansion from 1891, where the wine still ages in clay qvevri.
