Participate in a restorative journey through sound with @teletextile , musician, and educator. Participants of the Sound Bath can expect to be lulled into deep relaxation using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, vocals, and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment while seated on the ground or more traditionally lying down on the ground. Please bring a mat/blanket and water. Class takes place at the Amphitheater or in the classrooms during cold-weather days; plan to come 15 minutes before event to get directions from Admissions Kiosk at the main entrance. @sabgtx

I got to make this paper and cardboard art installation that delights guests as they sip tea and become immersed in this bug's eye nature playscape. I created a lot of this using techniques , I found online and just scaled up. I would not have been able to put this together so well if it wasn't for the volunteers and staff that helped me over the course of several days. They are so amazing and helped push this art installation in more interesting and creative ways. Everybody enjoyed this element of the Pollinator Tea Party brought to you by the San Antonio River Foundation. And then at the end of the night , everybody got to just pull their favorite things off the wall and take them home. It's amazing to me that anybody would want the things that I make , and so it was a joy to see that moment happen. I will never get over how happy I was to create this for the community and that it is my job to do so. What a wonderful life! Until next year!
