She came to me with one clear mission…get into the best shape of her life for her wedding day. Her goal weight was 125 lbs, and the day before she said “I do,” she stepped on the scale at 124.6 lbs

She trusted the process, followed the plan, and the results speak for themselves.

Words of wisdom from my weekly side gig training. Kind of an eye opener, smack-in-the-face, wake-up call for this girl behind the camera📷. I struggle with fear of failure, self-esteem/self-confidence, and pushing myself to do more/be better🤷🏽‍♀️ Sometimes (actually more times than not for me) my greatest challenge is ME💯 I stand in my own way of accomplishing more, being more, doing more.
Here’s to setting some goals (another challenge of mine) and seeing where LIVING can take me👊🏽 Hold me accountable!

Sometimes you get up, drink your preworkout and kill your workout...sometimes you get up, drink your preworkout , and decide maybe your body is telling you to rest...🤭 Yes, it happens; yes, it’s ok.

Sometimes we workout because we want to, sometimes we workout because we need to, sometimes we workout because we know it’s good for our health, sometimes we workout because we know others are counting on us, sometimes we workout just because we can, and sometimes we workout to try to sweat out the germ bugs🦠 I think you probably know where my mind was this morning.
