Corona 5000 inaugural race yesterday didn't disappoint and is a definite keeper to do again next year with all the runners I spoke with after the race. Glad to see so many running friends there, and grateful for our FFLN/USATF members; Martrell, Kyra, Richard, Rod, Tanya & Meg who came and scored points for our team at this SoCal USATF Grand Prix race. Our team is currently in first place, but 3 recent GP races haven't been scored yet, so we certainly need a big turnout at the April 4th Crenshaw Mile.

Happy #MedalMonday! Wow.. that was certainly something. 😅 The @lamarathon was a tough course with so many hills. It was also really hot. I finished when the temp was 90°. Between the knee pain, hydration and nutrition issues, I’m happy that I finished it with the time that I did. That being said, I did see some friends on the course and they certainly gave me a mood boost that I definitely needed. 🫶🏼 oh. I also found Waldo 🤣

The Christmas Light Holiday 5K at Marine Stadium was filled with holiday spirit and entertainment! It was great seeing friends there. At the finish line, every participant receive Snowflake Medal and a cup of delicious hot chocolate filled with fixings of your choice, cookies, and candies to celebrate the season - in addition to the traditional finish line items!😋

Placed 1st in my Age Division 🎉

Will be back tomorrow to pace 2:20 the @holidayhalfmarathon with @asprunning ! 🥳

Memorial Day race with Fleet Feet team, then refueling and rehydrating fun time afterwards. Some skipped the race and just focused on the fueling and hydrating.

Fun morning at the Santa Barbara Wine Country Half Marathon up in Solvang with some Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel runners. I was pleasantly surprised to win a bottle of MAZETTE Sauvingnon Blanc for taking first in my age group. Meg took 2nd in her AG!
