This year started off hopeful, however it was a difficult and outstretched year & I somewhat lost my feet...

Instead, I choose gratitude over it all. I thank God and praise him for all the lessons & the mighty work he is still doing in me and those around me. So grateful for family, sisterhood, community & wealth of people around me. Through every season, he remains faithful

2025 & beyond is in the hands of the one who is life in itself.

It's only by your grace we are all still here, and it's all by your grace you'll carry us through and beyond

Lord, I dedicate it all to you 🤍

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas 🤍🎄

The greatest gift of all is the gift of Christ. God gifted the world the Messiah, who took on the penalty for our sins, redeeming us and reconciling us to the Father. And remembering Christ’s birth at Christmas reminds me of what this season is truly about—the season of giving.

So, as we celebrate together—families uniting, loved ones gathering with friends—let’s reflect on more than just the gifts we give. How will you give of yourself to those around you this Christmas?

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9‬:‭6‬

What's one food you couldn't eat before, but you can now tolerate? 🤔
I have a love & hate relationship for creamy pasta...but just not too much cream 😅

Last weekend went something like this ✨
A weekend with the girls but in a different way! Tennis together and then lunch together 🎾🥗🥙

It was surely a time with plenty food! A fuse of Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine and graze fusion going on here.

How did we do? 😅

Wherever there's food, you'll be sure to have a sweet time! 😍🥰

When next your meeting up with your peeps, maybe try something like this do an activity together and eat together! How do you plan events with your family, friends or loved ones?

Cook Egusi soup with me 😍👩🏾‍🍳
This was as tasty as it looks, if I do say so myself - my Dad couldn't stop hailing me 😅
But forreal, can you eat crab in Egusi or just draw soups? Next time I want to try using uziza leaves!

There's no jollof if you don't fry tomato puree first!!!

What other steps can you not do without? Or what must you include in your jollof?

Happy Sunday! Just thought of something different to do for a typical weekend morning breakfast.
This is a mackerel sauce, SIMPLE & BASIC that tastes so divine 😍 (if you don't like fish pele, I don't know what else to tell you, other than your missing out). Yes this is a simple meal, very easy, but tastes amazing.

Onions
Tomato puree (optional)
Scotch bonnets
Tomato/pepper blend
Chicken stock, seasoning, curry, garlic
Mackerel fillets
Spring onions

I normally eat yam and egg, but here's another option you could slap with yam, plantain or whatever else.
I was having fun in the kitchen and just decided to play around with reels. Let me know what you all think 🤍
