Lively sharing plates spot of Vilnius @tempo_v39
Favourite from the menu - roast beef with zhoug and amba sauce, pine nuts.

Zhoug - Middle Eastern sauce made with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, cardamom, cumin and olive oil.
Amba - spiced and savory pickled mango sauce.

Great fries 🤤

Marinated mussels with sambal sauce reminded me so much of Christmas Eve herring dish with tomato and onion sauce. Controversial but finished the plate 🤭

Sambal - chili-based sauce from Indonesian, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisines.

Great place to come for a lively informal meal to share and record music lightening up the mood.

TEMPO V39
@tempo_v39
