These events are vital and necessary in the community. Whether you’re insured or uninsured!!

With the holidays are approaching, it is important to ensure that everyone is healthy and ready to gather.

Jumping on my soapbox for a second…

I am currently working in pediatrics and every other visit is a runny nose or fever. Vaccines protect you and others !!

S/O @tenacares and @sospesopomona for hosting this amazing event. Make sure to check them out for additional events and resources!

This month at the Free Store in the Park, we’re honoring Día de los Muertos with a community ofrenda. An ofrenda is a beautiful Mexican tradition that invites the spirits of our loved ones to return home for a visit—a sacred space for honor, remembrance, and love.

Join us Sunday, October 25th at Alondra Park as we honor those who came before us. Shop for FREE essentials like diapers and clothing, get your blood pressure checked, enjoy some elotes, and spend quality time with friends and fam 💜

HOW TO SUPPORT:
✨ Donate items directly at our free store
✨ Contribute $5 to help us keep these events going (Zelle & Venmo: @communityloving)
✨ Sign up to volunteer (link in bio)
✨ Share this post with your people!

Everyone deserves access to free basic essentials—and a community safe enough to be vulnerable. We love you all, and we honor those who have gone before us: those who fought for liberation, and those who have lost their lives to imperialism, oppression, and police brutality.
