You might look normal, but these 7 signs prove you’re way stronger than people think ⬇️

1. You use good form.
Because real strength is control, not swinging weights around.

2. People assume you lift light… until you don’t.
You surprise everyone when you load the bar.

3. Your warm-ups are heavy for most people.
What feels easy to you is work for others.

4. You don’t talk about your strength.
You let the weight and consistency do the talking.

5. Your grip is solid.
You hold weights steady without struggling or resetting.

6. You show up even on bad days.
Consistency builds more strength than motivation ever will.

7. Your PRs keep going up quietly.
You’re improving without posting or bragging — real progress.

The pushboat Tenacious, ENI 02338670, with two cargo barges of fuel or oil downstream at Sap near Gabcikovo, Slovakia. The 29.50-metre-long ship is a current newbuilding, laid down in 2020 at TB Shipyard, Kampen, Netherlands. The owner is CFT Danube in Bratislava, but the ship is registered in Rotterdam with the ENI 02338670. 2 Caterpilar engines with 1014 hp each power the nice pushvessel, have a good trip!
