@brebre743 just repped 135 for 9. She’s on pace for 170 in a week, probably 200 by the end of the year. And you think 225 is some good men’s standard? If she can do that naturally at about 5ft tall and 117lbs, what’s actually stopping you from going heavier?

They keep telling men to lower the bar and call it realistic. Don’t buy it. You were built for more than a number someone else decided was good enough. Stop shrinking to fit a narrative. Stand up and become who you were actually capable of being.

I promise you, if you’re a white boy and don’t want the tiny arm itis. You need an arm day. Tacking a few sets on the end of pull or push day ain’t gonna cut it.

See you at the top!

it should’ve been closer to 50 but I thought I was done with the plates that were on and didn’t realize there was more.

For me personally, I never gained more size density or detail in my legs then when I went in and trained them with @krizzyone and no IG Justin with the mentality of “survive if i let you”

Supposedly there has been a lot of advances in the science of training, but I have yet to see that carry over to exponentially better physiques than we have seen in the last 20 to 30 years

I promise you that you cannot fail in developing the physique you want if you go in and train with intensity and train progressively within a range of motion that delivers maximum tension to the muscle group you’re trying to develop through the entirety of the set. ROM for the sake of ROM is doing nothing for you, if you are not keeping the tension where you want it.

Also shout out to the two young gentlemen who helped me with the drop set, that made this go exponentially smoother than trying to execute it on my own.

In today’s world there’s a huge emphasis on lines of pull, stability, optimizing resistance profiles, and all of that matters.

But somewhere along the way, we forgot something important.

You still have to be able to create internal stability.

A lot of physiques today lack real density and thickness. Not just in one area. Across the body. The kind of tissue quality you used to see when movements that demanded bracing, control, and real ownership of load were valued more highly and used more consistently.

I don’t think that’s a coincidence.

Learning how to brace, control your torso, and move load with intention is a skill. When it’s programmed intelligently, it builds structural integrity and density that isolated, overly supported work simply can’t replace.

Machines and cables absolutely have their place. But they can’t be the entire foundation.

Moving meaningful weight still belongs in a well thought out program. Not recklessly. Not ego driven. Purposefully.

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

Skill acquisition, intensity, volume, frequency, they all matter.

But the order they’re applied in matters even more.

Curious how others see this, especially coaches and long-term lifters.

Where do you think most people get this wrong?

Been off Facebook 24 hours and finally got 315lbs outta there on the incline bench. Im never logging back in there again. Shout out to my dawg @tenacitystrength for the lifting plan. Told him what I wanted to do and he laid it out—Worth the money every time. This ain’t a paid ad, just giving credit where it’s due.

Bodybuilding has turned into ultra-low volume and pseudo-powerlifting, just a couple top sets on the same lifts. It’s no wonder I’m seeing more overuse injuries. Don’t forget what actually built some of the best physiques: smart variety, hard work, and doing the movements that fit your body. The past worked for a reason, don’t throw it away because it isn’t trendy. Take what works for you, apply it and leave what doesn’t.

Three months ago, I made the decision to whip myself back into shape after letting myself go for nearly a year (see last photo).

Returning to the gym after such a long break was an incredibly humbling experience—it genuinely felt like I was starting from scratch.

However, with the help of @tenacitystrength and his challenging Pitbull program, not only was I consistently making progress every week, but I was also pushed day in and day out to perform at my absolute best.

Today, I’m proud to say I’m in the BEST shape of my life and am only going up from here.

Once again, a huge thank you to @tenacitystrength for his support. If anyone is looking to get into shape, definitely check out his programs!

The Return to Power

Once upon a time in the Valley of the Weak… they whispered. They schemed. They searched for shortcuts. They prayed to the false gods of “optimization,” thinking they could finesse their way to growth.

I laughed. The spirits laughed. The heavens bellowed:

“IT’S IN THE WORK.”

So I answered back. I would return. I would bring fury. And I would EAT.

⚔️ Dumbbell Lateral Raises – 10x10 @ 30lbs. Because the wings must spread.
⚔️ More Laterals + Diamond Pushups – Superset 10x10. Because the heavens DEMAND SACRIFICE.
⚔️ Rear Delt Flyes 4x25 + Seated Bicep Curls – Because the spirit said MORE.

They still whisper. They still scheme. But I do not whisper. I do not scheme. I BREAK. I BUILD. I BECOME.

Final Boss is back. The villain has returned.

FINALLY… the heavyweight king has graced you with an update. 300lbs with visible abs?! That’s right. But don’t get it twisted, jabronis—this isn’t some miracle or magic powder. Nah. It’s BORING. It’s BASIC. It’s CONSISTENCY. And that’s why YOU can’t do it.

While you’re out there crying about your cheat days, skipping reps, and chasing shortcuts, I’m out here CRUSHING dreams, staying laser-focused, and BUILDING this 287lbs of twisted steel! You think you can handle this grind? You couldn’t last a week eating like me, training like me, or staying as disciplined as me.

This cut? ON POINT. This physique? UNMATCHED. And if you step into my ring, don’t bring excuses, don’t bring shortcuts—bring RESPECT. Because I don’t just commit. I PERSIST. I CONQUER.

And to all the doubters watching from the cheap seats—take a good, hard look. You’ll never see it again because you’ll never be on this level.

Know your role, do the work, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll one day taste what it’s like to be the GOAT. But for now, bow down to the champ, because I’m coming for EVERYTHING.
