Load-Velocity Profile Sprints / Velocity Decrement Sprints Using our @1080motion, we can conduct Load-Velocity Profiling on our athletes by having them sprint at four different loads/ weights. Their peak sprint speed is recorded at each weight, which then allows us to create an individualized profile. Once we have this Load-Velocity Profile, we can program our athletes to sprint at a resistance that targets a 50% velocity decrement from their fastest low resistance sprint. Athletes have different strategies to create speed. Some are more force dominant, some are twitchier by nature. Load-Velocity Profiling gives the athlete the resistance that best fits their sprint strategy, resulting in clean, aggressive, improved sprint outputs without sacrificing natural mechanics. #teamchampion #sprint #sportsperformace #athletes #strengthandconditioing

1080 Resisted Broad Jump Using our @1080motion we can add measurable resistance to our athletes broad jumps, improving their horizontal force production. Additionally, using the feedback from the 1080’s screen, we can find the resistance that leads to an athlete’s peak horizontal power, thus keeping them as explosive as possible. #teamchampion #sportsperformance #athletes #powerdevelopment #strengthandconditioning

Single-leg training is a non-negotiable part of the engine. ⚙️🦾 Split squats and lunges aren’t “special”—they are essential components of a well-periodized program designed to move the needle. No shortcuts, just the fundamentals executed at a high level. ⚡️ #AthleticDevelopment #TrainingBasics #SingleLegStrength #PerformanceCoaching #StrengthAndConditioning
