Thrilled by this excellent review of the cast and production of First Warning!

“ First Warning is a marital whirlwind… the inimitable Menna portrays a nuanced Olga…Mike Roche’s physicality on stage lends itself to humor, as do Natalie Menna’s subtle, shifting expressions. O’Brien Rosa is a very funny teen who simply won’t be dissuaded… and her mother [the elegant Anne Stockton] is just as eager to ensure Axel for himself… the fact that Natalie Menna; Mike Roche, Holly O’Brien, and Anne Stockton can forge an entire world of drama and comedy in one stage setting and one act, speaks volumes to their professionalism and the magic they are able to create under the direction of Robert Greer…. Lovely and unique costumes by Billy Little, the lighting is artful and creative….this is my own first warning: you must see this play “ Eva Whalen, Beauty News NYC ( link in bio for full review)

Last show today 3pm! Lights: Alex Bartenieff, Costumes: Billy Little, Stage Manager: Jose Ruiz

Hi Everyone, I hope all is going well. If you happen to be in NYC, we have three more performances of a wonderful new translation of August Strindberg’s only comedy, First Warning, at Theater for the New City. This is the English Language premiere of the play. Robert Greer did a great job directing and adapting Strindberg’s work. I’m playing Axel and actors Natalie Menna, Anne Stockton and my wife Holly O’Brien are wonderful in the show. Billy Little, Alex Bartenieff and Jose Ruiz did a fantastic job with costumes, lighting and stage managing. Info below and in the Broadway World link.
We run through this Sunday October 12th. Thanks so much. Best always, Mike
