YOUR SKIN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR DAILY POOP 💩

Why is pooping so important for the skin?

Our poop is the waste the body does not need or want- it us the toxins, undigested meat, sugar, alcohol, fats, bacteria and parasites. (Yes you read it correctly- parasites).

When it can’t get rid of the toxins because you are blocked up, it starts seeping out of your pores- unfortunately on its way out it destroys collagen and elastin as well as making you break out.

You would be mortified if you knew what happened to your body when you don’t poop 💩

To find out what happens to you and how to get pooping read the blog post in my bio @ethicalbeautyexpert 😁

My beautiful bride, Lolita 😻
⠀
As I keep doing her face, the more envious I was of her beauty, particularly her skin!!
⠀
• Hold products all day long
• Doesn’t get oily on the T-zone
• No pores or blackheads
• No pigmentations, acne or scarring

It’s just perfect... HOWWWW 😭😭
