July 30th is my last yoga class at Life Time. Originally hired in 2008 & back for yoga in 2017, I have had the honor of holding space, guiding breath, and witnessing so much magic & many beautiful transformations since then.

A special shoutout to my Fall 2016 YTT crew—the most inspiring, soulful, unforgettable group that set the foundation for this path in ways I’m forever grateful for.

To every mentor who believed in me, every teacher who lit the way, and every student who showed up—you’ve all shaped me in more ways than you know. Thank you for the trust, the sweat, the stillness, and the shared presence. This isn’t goodbye to the practice… just a new chapter. Endings are just beginnings. 🕊️
