Fresh energy in the team: Teresa became an instructor at Power Pilates just half a year ago and already won our hearts 🤍

As a former software engineer, her analytical approach will show you how to debug bad posture and install mindful movements into your daily life.

Long day ending with some hanging and awkward transitions🤪🐒

It felt like I was doing these exercises for the first time since I have bad memory and forgot so much from the intermediate weekends. Thank you @teresatai_ for patiently walking me through everything again 😊

And that’s a wrap on Weekend #4 of Comprehensive Training 🥲

Can barely walk after the dozens of overheads and teasers the past 18 hours

So grateful for my new pilates family here at @powerpilates 🫶

Meet one of our newest instructors, Teresa ✨

Teresa fell in love with Pilates after years of desk work in her studies and career. Through consistent practice, she experienced improvements in her posture and core stability, along with a deepened sense of connection and gratitude for her body. A former software engineer, she now blends her thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset with a warm, compassionate teaching style. Her classes encourage mindful movement that supports posture, strength, balance, and overall well-being.

🤓 Fun fact: her name can be rearranged to spell “Teaser,” one of Pilates’ most iconic exercises!

Join her for a mindful, engaging workout that strengthens your body, focuses your mind, and guides you to move with intention.
Walk out feeling energized, confident, and more connected to yourself! 😊☯

Since completing my first #snowboarding lesson last season, I have invested 17 days on the slopes—confronted my altitude sickness, fear of ice and injury, and ill-fitting boots—at Hunter (NY), Jack Frost (PA), Big Boulder (PA), Killington (VT), Vail (CO), Breckenridge (CO), Keystone (CO), Arapahoe Basin (CO), and Heavenly (CA). I fell (a lot!) for snowscapes and whiteout views, and grew an intense appreciation for winter, board games, and crackling fires unlike I’ve ever known. My relationship with snowboarding only recently snowballed into something less tumultuous and masochistic during this #LakeTahoe trip. Carving the powder and coated by warm sunlight, I pushed myself to shred faster until close to falling. Thank you for supporting my glacial progress and sleighing it with me on these runs @steamed.fish, @lilinland, @manisdust, @vicky_gong, @davidgnaw, @ztothehang, @firieze, among others #powerinpowder #achievementunlocked #epicpass
