The wait is over! Mountains of the Moon is available worldwide on @primevideo.

Thank you a million times over to all the supporters, patrons, athletes, cinematographers, photographers, family members, lighting techs, laser techs, suit developers, producers, ep’s, distributors, musicians, magicians, artists, and so many more humans…

This film doesn’t exist with all those seen and unseen. I’ll be doing more posts giving insight into the heroic efforts put in by everyone, but in the mean time please enjoy these incredible images captured by @renan_ozturk.

We are back at the Presidio Theatre in San Francisco tonight if you can join us. If not, please enjoy on Amazon Prime Video from the comforts of your home, wherever that may be.

My sincerest gratitude!!

1 Year ago we lost this beautiful couple. They were the sweetest! 🙏🏼⚡️🖤

RIP Doug & Kathy 💜

Sad news hearing about their tragic accident and sudden passing.

Many of us from our crew first met Doug during the @terrapinxroads days. He was always the kindest dude in the room! Kathy was such a sweetheart 🙏🏼 Much love to their friends and family and anyone who knew them.

Beautiful souls. 💜💜💜

Tell the people you love they mean the world to you! 💜

A little video postcard slash journal from the Forever Grateful show by Grahame Lesh and Friends on Labor Day, really amazing they went into the details to spell out FOREVER GRATEFUL for the set list 🌹I picked the songs from the set list to be featured in this video! It’s a bit lengthy there is just so much goodies in there. I didn’t take too many pictures on digital this time however I did shoot 2 rolls of film, it’s being developed at the moment so stay tuned for those! It’s always a blast to document the Dead community, such good vibes all around, everybody is dancing, having a good time, and friendly people everywhere! I also get to see some old friends and meeting new friends, that’s the reason why this community is ever growing!

Last week’s Terrapin Roadshow season closer in Glenwood Springs, CO was downright dreamy! From the location, to the weather, the music, the bands(!), the production team, and the audiences. I’ve always felt people make the place. The spirit and tradition of @terrapinxroads was shining bright! Many of my most cherished musical memories came out of my times at TxR. We joked it was like being at Phil’s rock n roll camp. Pre-set huddles. Keep it weird. More is more. The revolving 1. Play it like Elvin would play it. Don’t play the 1. Subtle things and more that foster a special musical experience. Like learning Unbroken Chain, having a short rehearsal, then performing it with Phil and Friends. Play for the song. We learned Bill Payne’s Bluegrass Pines, had a short soundcheck/rehearsal, and performed it Sunday. Such a blast. It’s an honor and a pleasure and I’m so grateful for the opportunities to do this work. It’s a dream come true! 📸’s: @samwatson.co
