EXECUTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT: ENTERPRISE SCALING & OPERATIONAL ALIGNMENT

A Message from our Founder, President, and CEO:

“Titles and Ego mean absolutely nothing to me… They are operational liabilities that simply get in the way of execution. Allowing pride to dictate executive movements is a critical blind spot—a strategic error that may not be revealed today, but eventually, it will catch up to the enterprise. My focus is strictly on the integrity of the build and the precision of our timelines.”

“I thought that once we got to the renovations of CSC1, placing CSC2 into escrow, and scaling from there, I should step back, reset and hand the reigns of leadership to someone else.. what I’ve found to be true is the complete opposite.

“I have never had more energy, more drive than I do now…because the vision and plan are being executed on my timelines… which energizes me.. it’s because I have created a team of likeminded, driven players who execute at a high level every single day… The last piece of that team is NOT a President, it’s a COO to complement my SVP of Sales and Fulfillment, Cash and her sales team, the Four extremely qualified RVP’s and the Managers and Associates that currently make up our opening operations team.

Maintaining the dual role of President and CEO ultimately mirrors my life; It’s about the entity and not the individual…it’s about protecting the vision and ensuring our trajectory. “

Ecco chi SIAMO, VERSO DOVE siamo diretti e COSA diventeremo. Lungo questo percorso – dalla visione all’esecuzione, fino alla scalabilità, alla leadership di mercato e, infine, all’exit – ci impegneremo a sostenere e valorizzare la comunità in ogni singola fase.

THE MASTER ROADMAP: VISION TO EXIT

As we are fully invested in Q4 and preparing for Q1 2027 we wanted to stop, reflect and present our mission statement and values across every overarching and managing entity… this is our end of year reflection, the message to our teams and presented everywhere as we move forward to execution of the vision.

This is part of how we stay focused, continue to elevate and consistently show up at the highest level every single day.

The comprehensive institutional framework below seamlessly weaves our entire corporate lifecycle—spanning our medical commercial real estate fund, our surgical center infrastructure, our capital management entity, and our philanthropic trust—into a unified statement of intent.

This is who we ARE, WHERE we are headed and WHAT we will become… along the way, from Vision to Execution, to Scale, Dominance, and ultimately Exit, we will support and lift up community every step of the way.
