✨GLUTEAL STRENGTHENING✨

Glute Maximus and Glute Medius strengthening is extremely important to incorporate into workouts to allow for support of lumbar spine and pelvis stability especially during functional daily activities!

➕Retro lunges- activate glute max as well as works on pelvic stabilization
➕Side lunges- activate glute med to promote an increase in pelvis stabilization
➕ Deadlifts- great to fire glute max and hamstrings in order to support lower back

🔸Did you just have a baby?
🔸Did you get the "no exercise for six weeks rule" from your doctor but have no idea what you could or should be doing in the meantime??
🔸The initial postpartum period is all about healing and reconnecting to your breath, your core, and pelvic floor.
🔸Try these for postpartum weeks 0-2!!
