Fitness and choosing a place or coach is simple.
.
If people enjoy going to a gym and they enjoy the process…then that’s golden and is probably worth a shot. Simple.
.
Fitness red flags are
PTs pushing supplements on you for no reason.Especially when they clearly are doing more than they tell you.
PTs using a personal sob story in the hope you’ll relate and sign up.This is low life manipulation and just because they went through a diet, life, training low point doesn’t make them in anyway a better coach.
PTs who use outdated rhetoric in the hope they attract people looking for a quick fix ( ie “shredded in 6 weeks) these are some of the worst).
.
Just go somewhere you enjoy, if you like it stay, it’ll work for ye, if you don’t then don’t. Fitness is simple. Especially when all the programming, equipment and facility is provided for you.
