The first two winters we lived in the mountains we took every Wednesday off work to go skiing with my mom. It was at the height of the pandemic and it felt like we were able to escape to another planet once a week with each other and make incredible memories!!

Obviously, last winter my stupid tumour got in the way of our plans and we were only able to go a handful of times.. 🙄

To be back on the hill with her today felt like such a full circle moment! So grateful for days like today!! ❄️

It’s ok if you don’t have it all figured out ❤️.
.
It’s ok BREATHE .
.
I see you regretting the past and fearful of the future

This is your gentle reminder it’s not serving you it’s draining you.
.
BREATHE✨

Right now at this very moment if your reading this this is your sign✨

Pause inhale love, exhale fear. Continue to breathe inhale, hold for 3...exhale✨

Now, in your next breath inhale close your eyes where in your body do you feel “off” breathe into that area breathe and release

Your next inhale should be deep into your belly and the second inhale deep into your heart then exhale through your mouth let the breath fall out of the body do not push it. .
You should be visibly able to see your belly and chest expand

Simply keep breathing.

Breath work brings you back to the present.

The tingles you’re feeling is you releasing.

Deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system that kicks off the natural relaxation response

It’s OK if the only thing you did today was breathe

This weekend I surrounded myself with amazing women @theblissprojectevent and continued to build my tribe. I love events that know how to hold space for women to get real and raw, and lift each other up. These women represent impact, drive, discipline and love to build others up. I am honored to be able to spend time with each of them and how we grow together as leaders in business. .
Who do you look in order to rise up and put yourself out there with confidence?
Let’s celebrate them! Tag them in the comments below. .

RADICAL thought. ⁣
⁣
What if growing and become the “best version of you” is actually becoming MORE human. ⁣
⁣
I believe humans are their best self when they grow in ALL areas of life. ⁣
⁣
The opposite is true. Not growing and being a mean person makes you LESS human. If you start to think in these terms lots of ideas fall into place!⁣
⁣
Treat yourself right and BE the loving, intentional, and passionate person who desires to be the best form of humanity!!⁣
⁣
WOW that was deep lol ⁣
