You find yourself sitting there and you realize your just a loser, just another bum. If you can’t grow the mental fortitude to put forth the same intensity into everything without constantly worrying about what’s gonna possibly go wrong then what’s the point.

Back-to-back national champs.

It’s been nothing short of a privilege to help grow this program over the last four years. I’ll always be grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the moments that made it all worth it.

I never could’ve imagined what would come from getting my feet wet in powerlifting my senior year of high school. It’s brought me some of my closest friendships, incredible coaches, and opportunities I once only dreamed about—from competing on a dominant, rising team to representing my country on an international stage.

Forever thankful. The work continues. 💛🖤
