POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
The last four years have been an absolute whirlwind. I started and finished a bachelor's of fine arts in game design, something i didn't even know was possible 5 years ago. I then decided to get a minor in Japanese, then I wanted to get an IT minor, realized how horrible of an idea that was and went for a graphic design minor instead. The universe has given and taught me so much over the last 4 years. It got so overwhelming at times I thought I wouldn't make it, thought I wasn't talented enough, that I just shouldn't be here. Throughout every single imposter syndrome episode, mental breakdown, depression episodes, anxiety, and everything else, I was able to push through it and make it. Those feelings haven't gone away completely and they may never go away completely but I've learned to be kind and to be proud of myself. So today I say to you Alley that you have so much to be proud of. You decided to go full on towards your dreams in game design despite not knowing where it would take you, you started a YouTube channel that is constantly growing despite your own anxieties, you started and completed two minors, you got a scholarship from both Tencent and Google, you got your first apartment, and now you have landed your first job within the game industry. This road hasn't been easy but despite everything you've stated true to your dreams I love you so much and I don't ever want you to forget that. 💛 And if you're reading this right now you've probably supported me in some way shape or form. I can't tell you all how grateful I am for every single person who has ever been in my life. Whether your from the best college job you can ever had, one of my classes, previous room mate, someone i met through someone else, family, or friens, know that I love all of you and you can lean on me whenever and where ever. ❤️‍🔥 Every moment, every thought, every tear, every decision, every backslide, every scream, every mental breakdown, every step, no matter how small has led you to this moment. I know I don't say this enough to myself but I love you. You are beautiful and strong and you're gonna do great kid. 🎓💛💥 #graduation #classof2022 #mason2022
