What makes an investment worth making?

For @terryathunter, it starts with the people.

Is there a story worth telling? A connection to be made? A gap in the market? And, most importantly, is there a way to actively contribute something that can make the business stronger?

The best investments aren’t always about finding what’s already working.

Sometimes, they’re about seeing what’s missing — and knowing you can help fill the gap.

That’s investing with purpose. 🎯

After hearing decades of lived experience, this part of the conversation really stuck with us:

“It’s pursuing purpose”

Purpose gives you a reason to get up each morning. Persistence is what keeps you pursuing it, day after day.

That purpose grows stronger when it’s shared —> with people who encourage you, challenge you, and remind you why you started.

That’s the kind of energy that isn’t defined by age … it’s fueled by intentional connection. 💪

What’s a purpose you’re pursuing right now?

Sometimes you knock it out of the park, and sometimes you strike out. No matter what, keep swinging. 🪡🧵👖

@terryathunter thanks for your words of wisdom! “Not a fit for everyone, but everyone in… needs to fit” 👏💪

We were live at @Grahamstpub for the @Knightsbaseball home opener, connecting with the crowd and sitting down with an incredible lineup of guests throughout the night to capture the energy around the city. 🌆

From great conversations to an even better atmosphere, this was exactly what live Charlotte experiences are all about. ⚡

Huge shoutout to Graham St. Pub, everyone who stopped by to talk with us, and all of the guests who made the night what it was! 🗣️
